CPI5016 - Premier Laundry Detergent Powder, 50lbs, Box

It seems to work pretty well. The last laundry detergent we had was Boardwalk in the 5 gallon bucket, and it had coarse grains. If we wasn't careful there would be undissolved grains of soap on the laundry when we removed it from the washer. You had to make sure you started your wash with hot water to dissolve it. This laundry soap is very fine grain and so far I haven't found any soap on the clothes. The fact that it is so fine grain means it has a tendency to stick to your measuring cup. We haven't been using it too long but I think we will be satisfied with it.

I run a commercial dump trucking business, we haul asphalt most of the time. The newer and very tough designs of asphalt are extremely difficult to get out of the dump bed. The tried and true release agent that works great for me is laundry soap and water it down, works amazing and is totally environmentally safe. This laundry soap my wife tried on all of our clothes, she liked it so much that she made the switch from a much more expensive brand. The fragrance of this product is great! We love it.

A good detergent. One of the members of the household developed a rash though when we switched to it, and the rash went away when I switched back to a free and clear detergent. It must have been the fragrance in this detergent that I'm reviewing now, since otherwise the ingredients are really plain and old school. Good detergent. Got laundry really clean and for really cheap too. When you use it, put the powder in the washer first, let the water run for a bit, and then mix it in so that the powder dissolves completely. I reached into my old school top loader with my hand to do this. What you have is a nice, freshly activated detergented water. Then add the clothes and fill the machine and let it do the cycle. Nice stuff, but if you have chemical sensitivities, maybe use another product. I was fine, but I'll now have to use up the stuff washing non clothing in my house. It smells kinda perfumey in the box, but the clothes don't smell perfumed after being washed (and dried...then they just smell great and clean). A shame, and I don't blame the product. Otherwise I'd have given it five stars. Was good on colors, whites, everything

This is ALOT of laundry soap. Washes well w/ no particular scent either. Also love having it delivered right to my front door!
