As one of the Senior Citizens of the USA ... My once able body has begun to have more aches and pains with the onset of arthritis etc, in my hands and knees. That is a fact that I once thought, only OLD people used .. In my youth took music lessons and loved mobility in my hands ... I researched many items and need for another few pills in my daily IN-TAKE ... then ordered, and took pills .. about a week later .. realized my thumbs and the sides of my little fingers on both hands, were beginning to be more nimble and a bit less painful ..
