short and sweet
Good, solid advice, for both beginners and experienced SAFe practitioners. Short and sweet, without any nonsense. It brings up some aspects that are not that common, and, perhaps, not commonly understood. Worth getting and reading, even if not all aspects might apply to your train.

Great resource for Release Train Engineers
Great as a handout for new Release Train Engineers. Bought 5 copies of this book and gave out to my entire solution train. The info contained and the color graphics are great for helping those new to the role. As an SPC and RTE myself, I would have loved to see a downloadable component to this, maybe a PI Planning event script or checklist. Overall, highly recommend this to RTEs but not for event and facility planners. I tell everyone I give this to that they should read through all the yellow box areas.

Good details of SAFe
I was looking for tips and recommendations to implement SAFe.The goodThe reading shows good details of SAFe ceremonies. Also, it has excellent diagrams who describe how SAFe take a user need from the Business and how it's decomposed to user stories on the agile teams. The badI'd like to found more tips about how to incorporated system engineers (not developers) on the ART , how to coordinates the system design creation, and the identification of Enaber epics.Really a good reading. It really worths the price.

Nice quick read / handy reference at PI planning sessions
I find this book a quick easy read / refresher. I’ve had three SAFe training courses but find this little book a much more convenient reference to bring with me to PI planning to help answer questions people have etc. I can find answers in this book much faster than digging through the training power point slides and my notes.

Overall good read !
Just a heads up, there are also other framework proposed by SCRUM (Nexus Framework) that covers the lack to manage several teams (Nexus Framework), to create a ''Done'' integrated increment.Nexus, by Scrum Org is a Framework that helps to solve this by enabling organizations to plan, launch, scale, and manage larger product development initiatives (especially those that involve substantial software development) using Scrum.Multiple Scrum Teams working together to build a single product often struggle to create “done” integrated work every Sprint because of the added complexity of dependencies at scale.Overall good read :) !
