Arrived quickly, seemed to be well made, but it was missing the groin straps that keep the pressure on the hernia site. No information for contacting the company with questions /customer service was included, so I just returned it, and the replacement arrived next day, well before the estimated delivery date. That one had all the parts, but trying it on revealed it to be too large, even though I had measured myself per their sizing instructions; it gave very little compression or support as it was. I’d recommend getting a size smaller than what their chart shows. I exchanged that one for the next size down, which again arrived next day, no hassles (I was feeling bad for hassling them by now). Fits much better. I have a unilateral truss that I was already using for the worst side of my bilateral hernia. This one is lower profile and more comfortable to wear, but does not provide as much compression as the unilateral one (maybe two sizes smaller would have gotten me there). So depending on what I will be doing that day I swap between the two, and things work out.

These are handy for support of your hernia. The size is accurate. It adjusts to fit. Stays in place. My only complaint is that the Velcro wears out quickly and the ends start to curl. You'll be lucky to get 6 months out of this belt if you wear it daily.

The product is reasonably well-made.My problem:I ordered using the instructions on the Amazon site. After trying and trying to get it to fit, I read the instructions that came with the product. Attached are the two different methods of measurement. The Amazon site instruct you to measure around the hips; The product instructions tell you to measure around the waist. The result, I have a large when I needed a medium. The waist is about 5 inches too long and the straps that go under the groin are also extra long.Sad for me, I didn’t realize it until after the return date had expired.
