TOMAT Mavic Mini Carrying Case, Portable Shoulder Bag Backpack for DJI Mavic Mini Drone Accessories

The OEM clamshell carrying case the comes with the Mavic Mini fly more combo barely has room for all of the components. And, that's with some things being crammed in under other things, causing it to bulge a little. It makes me uncomfortable, knowing that it's stuffed like that. And, this doesn't include any other accessories that I may order, like lens filters, landing gear extensions, propeller keepers, etc.This TOMAT shoulder bag solves the problem VERY well. As you can see in my pic, The TOMAT bag has room for the entire Mavic Mini fly more combo and still has room for accessories. It has a place for three batteries, separate from the charger. I put the batteries IN the charger for storage and transport, which leaves more room for even more accessories. Besides the room in the foam insert, there's a large pocket inside the double zippered lid, a zippered pocket outside the lid and two pockets on the outer sides of the bag. I use similar bags for many of my other drones and have transported them on airlines (as carry ons) a lot. I like this shoulder bag a LOT more than the OEM case. Good purchase. Five stars.

The Mavic Mini and Fly More Combo fit perfectly in this smartly designed carry case. It is well laid out with contoured foam to fit each of the three batteries, RC controller, charger, and - of course - the DJI Mavic Mini. Compact and lightweight yet enough padding to keep the drone and accessories well protected. I really appreciate the shoulder strap (something the OEM case doesn't have). Tuck the Mavic Mini in this and toss it over my shoulder and I can hit the road and still have hands free for other items. It just makes sense. I also really like the outside pocket to slip in extra props and my tablet or phone.

This bag is wonderful! The bag has cutouts for all of the fly more combo gear. The drone, remote, batteries, and battery charger have cutouts that allow the equipment to fit perfectly. It is snug without being overly tight. It is easy to remove, but doesn’t allow for anything to move around. It’s truly the perfect size. There is a pocket inside the bag as well as a zippered pocket on the outside of the bag, allowing storage of cables, extra propellers, etc. There is also a small pocket on each side of the bag as well as another velcro pocket on the bottom of the bag. I don’t use the one on the back so that the bag lays flat, but if you wanted to keep the manual or other papers back there, it would be the perfect use. The side pockets work great for carrying the charging blocks and I use the zippered outside pocket for the charging cables. Extra props and tools are in the inside pocket on that bag. Comes with an included strap and this bag is totally amazing and ready to go fly!Seriously, DJI should license this bag because it is FAR superior to anything they have. The first glaring problem with the DJI bag is that it has a clear window for the drone. Anyone wondering if the bag is worth stealing is given a clear indication that it is. Along with the DJI bag screaming DJI on the side it’s written on, I would never carry one of their bags. Yes, this looks like a small electronics bag, maybe a small camera or something, but it doesn’t scream DRONE. I love this bag!!!

If you bought just the Mavic Mini, you need this bag to protect your Mini between flights, and to get it to and from your next flight adventure. In addition to a handy, detachable shoulder strap, it has a padded handle and protective foam interior with custom cutouts for your Mini, three batteries, the three-battery charger and the controller. Especially handy, you can leave the control sticks on the controller when you stow it in this bag, as there are cutouts specifically for these. Like others, I store all my batteries in the charger and use the battery compartments to store the extra props and included extras. Also, since the charger stores vertically, you can leave the whole charger in place and access the batteries, which is handy.In addition to the main compartment, there are zippered sections on both sides where you can store instructions, and other fairly flat items. If you bought the Mini Fly More package, it all fits in this bag. The only downside compared to the Fly More case is this bag is maybe 30% larger. However the extra padding and convenience of not having to detach and attach the control sticks each time was worth it for me.As a bonus, the bag seems well made, with a water-resistant nylon shell that should wipe clean fairly easily.Note:This bag does NOT fit the controller (especially if you want to leave the joysticks attached) for the Mavic Mini 2, as that controller was redesigned. Believe me, I tried it. Also, it does NOT have room for the "prop guard cage." That's not something I typically use (actually never), but if you were using this to fly indoors to video real estate for instance, you'd probably want the case to have room for the prop guard.To sum it up, a fantastic bag for under $20.Great Bag and Great Value!

This case has a soft exterior not a hard shell, but it has plenty of padding. The construction isn't top of the line but still pretty good considering the price. The cut-out foam interior doesn't fit the equipment as precisely as a case with a rigid interior. But again it's OK given the price. What I really love about this case is that it has plenty of room for ALL of my accessories in addition to the Mavic Mini itself. I can even fit my prop guards in the exterior pockets. It is also designed to store the controller with the sticks and connector in place. I will gladly accept the slightly larger size of this case in exchange for the extra room it provides.

The bag was okay but the foam inside is glued together in layers and that's okay except the laminations were coming unglued. I was also hoping for a larger bag to hold my ipad but the top inside pocket is just a little too short. Not a deal breaker but I was hoping. Anyway, I sent it back. Still, if you get one that doesn't come unglued it's a fairly nice little bag for the low cost.
