Solid construction
Good cheap solid drill bit for work at home, did the job

Seems to be a good value
Much lower price and did the job well, the only concern is that the screw that holds the drill bit has broken inside the bit. Otherwise drilled through the brick wall fine.

Very sturdy and did the job
Very well packaged, put to gether well and worked a treat. Used on a slow speed and cut through brick like butter. Only secured with the lug screw so not sure what the bolt was for, but great value for money for the odd use. Not sure how it would be with constant use by a plumber

Did the job no problem

Does the job well
I have used this product to make holes in walls for 40mm domestic water waste pipes in a kitchen refit. I did the job very well.Make sure the screw for the central guiding drill is done up very tight - I forgot and lost it on the first use. Since then I have used another drill to make a small pilot hole, then used this one with a loose central drill bit to make the larger hole.I specifically used the 40mm bit for 40mm pipe. You need to run this bit back and fore a few times to have some play to allow the pipe to feed through. Finally, I would buy the drill size you specifically need. Having used this one several times, I can't remove the head to swap for another size.

Beware the grubscrew!
Used to drill a hole through a cavity wall for pipework. Seems to cut fine and does seem to be quite good quality overall. Unfortunately after drilling only 1 hole I'm not sure how I'm going to use it again. The grubscrew that holds the drill bit in place likes to work itself loose... I caught it loosened after the first leaf of brickwork and made sure it was super extra tight but it was gone by the time I got through the second leaf and I've got a nasty feeling it fell in the cavity as I can't find it anywhere. Now I suppose I could drill a pilot hole with another bit and then just use the included bit as a kind of guide but that's not the point. So I guess I'm disappointed as I've more holes to drill but now it's going to be extra awkward.Perhaps the seller should include some spares with the set? Or if they're reading this would they send me some? :-) Or at least point me at something that would fit to replace it... I'll need a bag full!On a more positive note I didn't get the binding of the cutter on the thread of the boring bar like others have reported... true, you have to put your SDS drill in hammer only mode so it locks the rotation and insert the SDS end of a chisel bit or something and give it a tap with a hammer looses it off nice and easy. I wouldn't expect to be able to unscrew by hand after it's gone through 30cm of wall.
