Oh so yummy
This is one of my greatest finds! I’m diabetic and this Nutilight is perfect for me. It does not elevate my blood sugar. However, yes, I do monitor the portion size.It gets solid in the refrigerator and tastes like fudge. I have mixed walnut halves into it for a wonderful afternoon snack. The taste has a great hazelnut flavor, subtle but there. The texture is smooth and creamy. It definitely is expensive but it’s a keeper in my nutrition plan. I highly recommend it. Added thought: the one with the red label is better than the one marked with PROTEIN, in my opinion.

Yum
This is absolutely delicious, no added sugar and great fiber content for the 2TB serving. It isn't immediately sweet like nutella, the sweetness kind of hits you later almost like an aftertaste which is yo be expected with alternative sugar substitutes. What hits you first is the creaminess and the chocolatey-ness and then the sweetness so keep this in mind when buying if you're expecting a total dupe for the other popular full sugar product.I saw this at whole foods when I was in miami but unfortunately my local whole foodsdoesnt carry it, so it's great to find it here on Amazon. It is $2 more expensive than it was at whole foods but I would say it's definitely worth it.

Close Taste to the Real Thing (Nutella)
This is the first Amazon review I have ever written. Why write one now, after being an Amazon customer for over ten years? This Nutilight spread is absolutely amazing!FACTS (In Comparison to Pyure's Spread):1) In comparison to Pyure's spread, this tastes much more like the real Nutella. Pyure's has a very bitter taste, close to the taste of dark chocolate (so if you light dark chocolate, you might like Pyure's, but the taste is vastly different from Nutella).2) While Pyure definitely missed the mark on taste, in my opinion (as well as my wife and daughter's), it does come very close to the same light, spreadable consistency of Nutella. Nutilight is a thicker spread, closer to your standard peanut butter BUT BUT BUT the taste is so much better if what your looking for is a low-carb substitute for Nutella. Even though the standard Nutella does not contain milk chocolate, I think its inclusion in this version of Nutilight helps make the taste less bitter and more sweet like Nutella.3) Nutilight is almost three dollars more expensive than Pyure's spread. The price on Amazon is way too high. I found it for 6.99 a jar on Nettrition's site (I was so hooked, I ordered eight jars and a few other items to make my order ship free!).4) Both Pyure and Nutilight's spreads are diabetic and low-carb friendly, from my experience. I am a type 1 diabetic who eats a low-carb diet, so I need to watch out for foods that spike my blood sugar. I did not notice any spike in my blood sugars after eating Nutilight multiple times (I ate Pyure's just a few times because I couldn't bear the taste, but never had a spike). However, one time I broke down and caked it on low-carb bread to make a sandwich and did need to take insulin to cover the net carbs---but never did I notice a spike after hitting the jar up for a few quick spoonfuls (we all do it!).5) Lastly, I'd be lying if I said, "It's just as good as Nutella." If you see a review like that about any low-carb alternative, run---nothing tops the real thing, but Nutilight does not give you too much of a drop off in taste. I highly, highly recommend it!Hope this review proves to be helpful for other chocolate and Nutella fiends like me looking for a great low-carb alternative!

It is alright... I won't order a 2nd jar.
It is alright. Tastes ok, but the texture is extremely sticky. I stirred it VERY WELL! It is still extremely firm & sludge-like. Unlike other nut butters, it isn't runny or drippy. This maybe good for sandwiches - but not a good dip. I will consume this jar, but I do not plan on ordering another jar. Glad I tried this before I ordered it as a gift for someone else!

My New Favorite! Yummy & Lots Of Fiber Too!
I've been eyeing this high priced sugar-free Nutella knock-off for a WHILE, hesitating because of the price tag. But I finally tried it, and WOW! I love it!It's definitely worth the price, considering the benefits. It's totally addictive (which I don't necessarily consider a drawback), and so I'll be ordering my refill soon (probably more than one at a time so I won't keep running out...)Having grown up with Nutella, I missed this chocolate treat when I decided to eliminate sugar from my diet. Every now and then, I check out the labels on Nutella, but no, there's just so much sugar in there.Nutilight, on the other hand, contains no sugar, just the substitute Erithritol, which is a great choice (best of the sugar alcohols and the only one that doesn't cause any of the "side effects."And I can't believe how much fiber it has! In fact, it even has enough fiber to double as a fiber supplement, thanks to a generous dose of healthy chicory fiber: 11 grams in every 32 gram serving! This also makes it quite filling, whether you like to eat it straight out of the jar or as a spread on bread, tortillas, crisp bread, crepes, etc. It's also low in sodium and free of genetically engineered ingredients. But mostly it tastes yummy and has a great texture. Since I do not have a jar of Nutella handy to do a close comparison test, I have to go by memory. I find that Nutilight has a slightly denser, even slightly chewy texture (a bit like peanut butter), which I like. That's probably due to all the fiber. This also means that it doesn't melt on the tongue quite as well as Nutella does (or so I remember), which is fine with me. Once you spread it on something (crisp bread?), you may not even notice the difference... especially if you add a touch of butter ;-)So if you've missed Nutella, I recommend you give this one a try.
