Definitely have a good quality map to review even if the car has a GPS. Sturdy, waterproof and lightweight to pack.

This is a good map, however I would have enjoyed it more if it showed the train routes more clearly.

This has allowed me to lay out our trip old school. I need to visualize and I like this map. I do wish it had a close up map of Edinburgh but that aside, great map.

Went to Scotland for a 3 week trip last summer. Really nice to have especially to show where all the golf courses were.

The map is waterproof and detailed. It provides in depth detail and covers all of Scotland including remote islands.

Avevo già comprato una cartina di National Geographic "Adventure" dell'Islanda e quindi sono andato sul sicuro comprando questa della Scozia. Che dire, il fatto che sia di materiale plastico la rende veramente molto utile per chi vuole viaggiare "all'avventura", non teme l'acqua e non c'è il rischio di strapparla facilmente. La dimensione della mappa è sufficiente per progettare il viaggio e per seguirlo passo passo, sono segnalati punti panoramici e castelli, ovviamente per le escursioni bisogna affidarsi a cartine comprate in loco. La mappa comprende oltre che la Scozia vera e propria anche tutte le isole scozzesi, anche se sono un po' piccoline.

Great map, it is durable, waterproof I think and it shows alot of smaller towns which I am interested in. It also shows castles at least the major ones. I really like this map and would recommend it.I have used it to map out my routes when I visit Scotland this summer. It is too bad you can't see inside of the map at online Amazon before you buy it.
