Porch ShieldSquare Hot Tub Cover - 600D Waterproof Outdoor SPA Hard Cover Protector 95 x 95 inch

I couldn’t find a rectangle cover for our new Bullfrog R5L which is 85”x68”. So I got this one that’s 85”x85”. Just received it today (9/20/22.) The straps on it seem to since up good to make it snug. I got it to help protect the main hot tub cover which I’m guess is around $400.I have a cover from the same company for our patio table. That held up good through the Minnesota winter. So hoping this will stand up as well.

In the heat of Arizona sun the covers on any item deteriorates at a rapid rate. This cover protects my very expensive vinyl cover from replacement. The vinyl would break down in a year or two and need replacement without this cover. Our first one lasted from February 2021 to about June/July of 2022. It was getting faded and the nylon webbing for the straps was starting to breakdown. That was fine it since it was still doing its job. Then when opening the cover - we leave it over the vinyl cover and just fold it up with that over the lifter.... it tore in the corner one day. I contacted the company and they promptly shipped a new one to us. I'm very impressed. The waterproofness of the cover seemed good. The canvas lost it's water resistance over time but there is a plastic/vinyl liner underneath that seems to keep water from penetrating. I would recommend this highly even though it's not 5 star durable I'd say it's pretty darn close.

I have an older hot tub with a cover, the second one, that was in bad shape but did a fair job of keeping the heat in. This cover fits over the old cover and keeps out rain, tree debris, and squirrels. It was much cheaper than a totally new cover. A little burdensome to remove and put back on when I use the tub or put chemicals in it, but that is a small price to pay for peace of mind.

I'm very pleased with the quality of this cover. Extremely well made and fits my hot tub cover perfectly. We had a pretty heavy rainfall here and it held up perfectly. I love that this cover has adjustable straps for a nice snug fit.

Looks good and fits great. Should extend the life of the tubs original cover.

Excellent product. Durable, fit my 85x85 hot tub with the easy lift handle. Using this cover because the regular hot tub cover is old and has holes and when it rains it deposits gross stuff in my hot tub. This is much cheaper than buying a new cover! Hot tub came with the house and is already 8 years old. I don’t want to invest $600 for a new cover on an old piece of equipment that I probably won’t replace when it’s no longer usable making this the perfect solution. Wish I had it last year (my first year in the house)!
