Palacios - Mild Spanish Chorizo, 2 - 7.9 oz. Packages

Delicious authentic Spanish chorizo, very hard to find in the US, this stuff is genuine and delicious. Sweet slightly smoky flavor goes great with cheese, bread, pasta, paella, and just plain by itself as a snack. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a taste of Spain, not spicy at all, even kids will enjoy. Just give this a try, you will be hooked!!

This chorizo is great to use in cooking or to eat as is and we have bought it often (it's what I buy when I am home in Spain too). These time both chorizos were dried out, smelled rancid and, sure enough, past the expiration date. I contacted customer service, which is not easy or quick, I was offered a refund and asked to order again. I said I would not unless I could be certain that the chorizo would be fresh, but was reassured that they would make sure that did not happen again. A few days later, two more expired chorizos. Very disappointing and a terrible waste of time.

Very Tasty! sliced thin like pepperoni and set out with crackers and manchego cheese yummm. Saving the second one for a Rice with Chorizo meal..
