NIGHTMARE- STAY AWAY!
I incorrectly assumed that they offered the two year limited warranty because they had such great faith in their equipment.NOPE!Despite 3 moths of intermitted heating problems, and then being Entirely broken down for the next 6 months, all they will do is send parts forever, and show me how to replace them. Now they want me to replace the harness for the second time. But I stopped cooperating because there are now an additional 4 problems, and I do not want to waste any more time on this horrid machine. They are expert at manipulating my emotions such that I go on and on and on cooperating with them.As I understand the law, they get 3 tries, and then they must replace the machine. We have been trying for 9 months. They will not replace the machine. As per the purchase agreement, I have invoked arbitration with the American Arbitration Association. They think that they have an iron clad limited warranty such that I will not get much. They think that they are immune from damages.I think that the law protects consumers from this kind of "trickery".I think that the law has minimum requirements on limited warranties despite what they say inside. And I think that I might get additional damages because they are in violation of law. Fusion3 F410 is my favorite printer
The good part is below, but first the not so good that needed a work around for me.The Bowden tube retention system using one nut is Micky Mouse, and after 3 failed tries at fixing it by installing new tubes (Fusion3 service has been very good and they did send me quickly 2 new Bowden tubes, but they always came loose at the extruder where they pull out from the retention nut), I eventually kludged it together successfully firmly by expanding the inside of the Bowden tube in the single retention nut at the extruder, thus forcing the tube wall into the nut threads deeper by forcing an awl into the tube lumen past where the screw was positioned, and I then trued up the tube inner diameter where the nut is with a perfectly sized drill in a pair of Vise-grips. I also attempted to Superglue it by putting a rim of it on both sides of the nut after I expanded it, hoping for capillary action and enhanced retention. In my opinion, Fusion3 should have used 2-3 retention nuts, and I would have added more nuts, but there is no room to do so. Yes, it was very frustrating to start out with this printer due to the Bowden tube problems and my many attempts to "fix" it, but since then (months and lots of prints) it has not come loose. If that had not happened, I would give it 5 stars. Now that the Bowden tube retention has been fixed on my printer, I absolutely love the printer, my favorite out of about 18. Printing big or little parts, with PLA or PCTPE (my two favorites) it is very precise, quiet, produces beautiful prints, and I can print faster on it than my other printers, I assume because the Kevlar drive system does not stretch like rubber belts. However, from a user interface perspective, they could improve by sorting the displayed files on the SD card so that the newest date is at the top, not at the bottom as it is. It's a pain that way. Also, they should tell you the name of the active print file during printing and after on every screen.I do believe Fusion3 will fix the retention problem I had (I may be an exception) so don't let that scare you off.As I said, it is my favorite printer of all that I have and use regularly, and I just ordered another one.

Amazing printer and support team
We have used 3 different printers over the last 2 years and have had so many problems with them and no support. After 2 years of frustration, we purchased our new Fusion3d printer and cannot be more happy. This printer is miles above any other printer we have tried. The quality and speed is unparalleled. We spent more money on another printer and ended up sending it back. The fact that this printer is made in the USA was one of our top reasons for making the purchase along with the warranty. You never expect the support to be good after making such a purchase but the support at Fusion 3d is above reproach! Thanks for making my life easier with this printer!Update: After using this printer for 2 months and seeing the quality difference and the speed of this machine we decided to buy another one. We make a lot of prototype parts and run the machine 8-12 hours a day. We couldnt be more pleased with the product. The support staff it the best we have ever experienced. Whenever we have a question or (minor) issue, they respond quickly and effectively and oh by the way, they speak English! We use to have trouble with our other printers daily. Since this purchase, we have been trouble free and stopped using our other 2 printers! You could spend more money and not have as good of a printer and support as what you get with the Fusion3D printer and company! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Poor print quality and tech support
I spent many hours tweaking parameters to get better prints but just simply could not get anything acceptable for a printer at this price. I get much better results from my old, cheap, hobbyist printers. FDM technology is very established at this point and there is no excuse for a printer at any price to be so bad.I reached out to tech support several times and every time they gave me extremely basic tips (try changing layer height, etc...) then would eventually ignore me when I pressed for additional help. Even Fusion3's test prints of my parts showed the same poor quality. The return window is only 3 weeks, which is not enough to fully evaluate any printer. I feel like I was scammed by Fusion3.My suggestion is to save yourself money and go with a more reputable company.
