Thank you so much,this worked for my bed from mattress firm.i ordered it on March 30th,it says to expect it April 4-6th I just happened to check my orders on Amazon and saw it said delivered April 1 that was fast delivery and my husband hooked it up to the bed and it worked great beautiful customer service Matt.

Within 4 years we just burned out our 2nd motor after paying ridiculous amount of money. I’m an electrician so I decided that I was NOT going to buy another one of these motors because it would just go out again. So I cracked open and did my own troubleshooting. The remote is about as basic as it could possibly be. It’s a dc motor so to go up or down all you have to do is switch two wires hot and neg to reverse polarity. Figured out that the motor was a common run of the mill 24volt battery and the most complex part of the whole system are so limit switches. I beg anyone who thinks about buying any replacement parts to take it to someone who has a bit of knowledge on things like this and have them fix it for you. Their whole business model is to rip you off when their pos qualities parts fail.Companies like yours make me sick. You know most of these people probably don’t have the mobility to simply throw away the bed frame so you count on them paying ridiculous amount of money on parts. You’ve ripped me off over a thousand bucks so just because of that I can’t wait to make a YouTube video on how to fix these parts and show them they can do it for as little as 10 dollars.

Scary knowing I'm buying the base that matches this remote and this is the cost of the replacement remote which is exactly half of the base itself . Good God.

So thankful that I was able to find a replacement remote (not so much the price). Even better that the remote was delivered several days early than expected.

I liked that I got the item so quickly. It was the only company that had the remote I was looking for.
