This works good for a momentary start or stop remote swith on our Permobil M3 powerchair. You need to purchase a Fancasee (2 Pack) Replacement 3.5mm 90 Degree Right Angle Male Plug to Bare Wire Open End TS 2 Pole Mono 1/8" 3.5mm Plug Jack Connector Audio Cable Repair to connect the switch to the power chair. This allowed us to have a replacment remote power switch on the Permobil M3 Powerchair at a fraction of what the vendor was wanting. Got this as a spare to have on hand when needed.

I bought these to replace my 2000 Honda Civic CX horn buttons on the steering wheel. The OEM part from Honda varied from $100 to $200 for a little plastic box with some metal contacts, a spring and button cover. Used one button to activate my original "beep beep" wimpy Honda horn. The other to blast a freight train horn I bought here. All worked great except after 3 days one of the buttons stopped working. (I had only used it a few time for testing.) Cut it off and brought it inside to find one of the wires inside had come loose at the soldering point. VERY inadequate amount of solder used. I figured better replace the one that hadn't broken yet too. Button front is just a very thin plastic sticker, peeling it off reveals the button switch underneath. But then I found it wasn't necessary to peel off the button front. Using an extremely thin jewler's screwdriver, I was able to wedge it in at the seam and pop off the back from the front case. Resoldering thicker wire required snipping the back cap and housing to make a larger whole for the wires. Works great now and saved almost $200.

Used for a train horn, the wire is VERY LONG. It runs all the way from the center console along the door and into the engine bay and I had some extra still. The button itself seems to be good quality, the sticker had some issues but it works fine now.

I installed a train horn in my truck since I pull a large RV. I bought two of these and wired them so each could activate the horn (one for me and one for my wife in the passenger seat). The wire is almost 10 feet long which allowed me to hide it underneath all the molding. Works perfectly and have for over a year.

Great product. Easy to install and the horn is amazing! I tried expensive kits and this is much better. Worth the buy!

What I liked was the long cable it comes with , but plastic for the button doesnt last long and it CANNOT WITHSTAND 12V from a regular car battery I imagine its for a golf cart related buggie.

Great instructions and works well. Installed this so I can have a regular horn and an air horn for the times you need a loud horn.
