Great Devotional
This book Treasures of the Deep gives great insight into the words from the Bible. I love how the author is provokes me to thought on the meaning of words as he has delved into the Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek languages. I can now understand the Bible better and how it relates to us today. Great devotional and great for studying.

Excellent Word Study
In spite of an occasional word missing in a sentence I would still give this book ten stars if I could. The analysis of the Hebrew words in Scripture is fascinating and highly informative.

Great content
Chaim’s interest in the scriptures is joy bringing . He doesn’t fearfully hide within the confines of modern Christian dogma but dares to seek out the real truth so we can know our Lord better. This book could have done with some editorial work before going to print as there’s quite a few typos - but it’s clearly a labour of love and like a wonderful walk with a (super smart and well learned) friend through the scriptures.Chaim it’s a good book - how about doing a re-edit to thin out the typos? I’m on Dec 27 and the entry alludes to Easter . Having said that I felt the Holy Spirit speak to me through the essence of the verse you chose for today, there’s great value in this work.

Number of spelling errors
Chaim does a helpful job to explain a number of concepts in Hebrew in simple style. However, the book has a lot of spelling errors indicating poor editing and some heretical views.Example: He has veered toward heresy with his assertion that Abba in the Bible does not mean "Father", but has a range of meanings, and better rendered "beloved". So instead of praying "Our Father", he suggests "our Beloved" in heaven. We do not know why but God has revealed Himself as Father but He has. We cannot deny this doctrinal truth by our limited knowledge. - see January 7th devotional
