RP Raspberry Pi 4 Official Desktop Kit

This product came with every aspect one would need to get it up and running in 10-20 minutes. Having had experience with Linux OS I found it easy to operate the Raspbian that came included. There were only 2 aspects I would have improved on, that feel superficial.1: The hole for the SD card insert on the plastic case should be higher in height to allow for errors in the plastic cut and easy insertion of the card into the non-secured PI inside.2: There should be cooling vents on the plastic cover to allow air flow. I have not experienced any direct issues with heat yet. Though I could see it as an issue in high temperature environments with power running consistently to the unit.Again though, outstanding product, outstanding results and stunning quality for the simplicity and price!

This is a great kit for beginners and power users alike. Not my first pi, and the Pi4b is a major upgrade over past boards. You could likely get peripherals for cheaper, but the official Pi accessories are great quality and love the 3 extra USB ports on the keyboard - that gives this kit 7 USB ports between the board and the keyboard. The board does run hot, and the case doesn't allow for a fan upgrade, not a deal breaker - I have a box fan running behind it for now, but worth a mention. There are definitely more useful cases out there.

My overall rating is ok, but the keyboard is not working well. Sometimes arrow (left, right) I need to hit with strength. quite annoying behaviour. considering to purchase another keyboard. as for raspberry, very good and fast, but wifi not working well with 5G and doesn't take advantage of the network velocity. For example, my ISP provides me 400 MB, on wifi only getting 100mb but on ethernet is ok.

Didnt have any issues with anything provided in this kit, everything works and made using the raspberry pi 4 easy.

Well, I'll start by saying I'm brand new to Raspberry Pi. Still this unit should include heat sinks and probably a fan. They are cheap enough (like 10 bucks) and I highly recommend it.Other than that, the keyboard is decent and the mouse is fine.Also, would be nice to have an in-line switch on the power supply.The Raspbian OS that comes flashed on the SD card gets you up and running fast. It's frustrating like all Linux distros... so, no major problem there. :)With a few caveats, I am happy with this kit.

Low quality, you get what you pay for. Keyboard stops only worked intermittently, now won’t work at all, different keyboard works fine. Mini HDMI connectors not robust, screens (tried multiple screens) flicker constantly unless you hold the hdmi cable at just the right angle. Multiple problems in the first two days of use. Software was easy to install, but the hardware was obviously sourced to the lowest bidder.
