BLACKHAWK S.T.R.I.K.E. Upright GP Pouch

IN SHORT: This pouch is great. It's tough, has a strong and quiet zipper, and has no inner divisions. Yes, no inner divisions. This means it's great for storing medium sized objects, such as my Optimus Terra Weekend HE .95L Pot , which holds my utensils, soup can stove, scrub brush and dish towel inside it. It's integrated MOLLE straps have perfect tolerances/length for a firm attachment to MOLLE webbing. There is also MOLLE webbing on the front for additional pouch attachment. It is a little expensive (not compared to a competitors same pouch, but just in general for a basic pouch), but you do get what you pay for and I haven't seen any pouches cheaper that have these dimensions. It just does make my wallet cringe initially a little paying this much for MOLLE in general, but after getting the product, it is lacking in nothing. PROS: Tough build Excellent MOLLE fit Quiet zippers CONS: A little expensive RECOMMEND: Yes.

Sturdy and well made. I use it on the outside of my pack for holding first aid items. Price can't be beat.

These are tough, capable pouches. They can hold a great many things and feel bulletproof. They're kinda heavy for what they are, but that's to be expected with how well they're built. As a plus they don't glow under IR light in night vision.

They do what they were designed to do. Nothing more, nothing less.

First rule of being an Operater: LOOK COOL Solid GP pouch and would take into combat. Stitching is near perfect, material is top shelf and zippers are rugged, but there is no organization inside. Just a massive empty space like my heart. It seems more thought and effort went into making the pouch LOOK cool rather than BEING cool. So if you're going to put a few hand held items, it's fine- but if you want to put smaller items in here do plan on purchasing smaller pouches and kits to keep things organized. If this had some interior organization like pockets and elastic I would give 5 stars- but that's to be expected only from Maxpedition and Vanquest gear. Competitive pouch with high value for the money, but not the end all of GP pouches. Really what you're buying is the BLACKHAWK name and recognition so you have bragging rights and Cool points when you're out smoking Hodgies in the sandbox.

Mounted this pouch to my Assault pack; placed a small sandwich bag of spare batteries in the bottom with a canteen cup ontop and my PVS-14 inside the cup; works great and has held up against the weight of a spare canteen in a GP Molle II pouch on the front webbing

Sturdy and strong material and zipper. Weaves into molle gear and doesn't flop around. Yes its big and cavernous inside and I'm happy without any dividers. I use one for food and the other for a medical/survival pouch.

Works exactly as advertised, very sturdy, well made... basically flawless.
