Good quality
Works a treat. Turn the float upside down for open/closed circuit when full.

Functions perfectly
Used this float switch to limit pond water height as level rose too high, what with our Scottish weather this “summer”😀Used in conjunction with a 12v supply to drive a 240 v relay to power a small pump

Works well, a bit tricky to mount
I mounted this on a slotted rail (photo shows this) but it was a bit tricky to get the wiring and nut and washer all threaded and mounted. It would have been so much better if the cable could have been detached, with a waterproof plug and nut. However, this has worked very well for some months now (the condition of the arm probably bears witness to how long this has been fitted) and prevents my pond pump emptying my pond if things go awry with the plumbing. It's used as sensor with an IOT device to turn the pump off (and back on again, if the water level returns to normal). All good, but I might replace this with a better (easier) mounting system to avoid all the fitting problems with the non-detachable cable. I can probably re-use this sensor, just use a different mounting bracket.Recommend: YESBuy again: YES
