Good tool to relieve neck and shoulder pain.

This is my new favorite massage roller! I am recovering from a lower leg injury, and I use this roller daily. It fits in my dance & gym bag perfectly. The best part is that it's great for massage and pain relief in body parts that are difficult to hit with a regular foam roller, and the texture of the roller is not to difficult to bear for tender areas. Highly recommend!

Fantastic tools for massage and acupressure!!!!!

The only reason I won't give this 5 stars is that the roller should be at least 4-6" longer than what it is. I use it for getting knots out of my neck and for a person who has broad shoulders like me it's difficult to hold it up over your shoulders and get it in just the right spot and have the proper leverage. Otherwise, for other areas of the body it works great and is a very solid and smooth rolling item.

Excellent product. The rad roller targets smaller areas of the body which are sometimes difficult to gain access to. The roller is lightweight, strong, and disposes of lactic acid efficiently!
