perfect.
I made one with hose clamps and clear hose, but it was kinda clunky. and no shut off. This versatile tool clears my hoses and I use it to winterize my cabin (and the camper) for the winter. Great little tool!

Works like a champ
Install this in your city water hookup. Use about 40 psi on compressor. Drain hot water tank and put plug back in. Open every hot and cold faucet until air comes out. Open low point drains for hot and cold. Shut off air. Remove drain plug from hot water tank. Pour some rv antifreeze in the drains and the camper is winterized.

Works as advertised
Ordered this to winterize my sprinkler system. Has an air fitting and the part that threads into the water hose, a double female, if your system is different you can take off the double female and hook it up that way. More bag for the buck. Lowered the pressure regulator on my compressor let it fill up, turned the sprinklers on, and in about 4 minutes all water was out. The whole process took about 10 minutes. Very easy to use and worked great.

Heavy Duty
These are very well made and should last for many years to come. Easy to use for the intended purpose and design.

Well Made
Although delivered too late for me to use on my intended application, this is a very well made device that is reasonably priced.Winterizing Tip: use this on the water source side of a pressure washer to evacuate residual water in the unit (momentarily spin the pump to evacuate water inside the pump housing as well). Then remove this from the unit, add a teaspoon of mineral or furniture orange oil (don't use petroleum based oil to avoid rubber seal disintegration) into the water inlet. Reconnect this device and repeat the process above with a few short bursts of air (while briefly spinning the pump); do this in a grassy area where the oil exhaust won't result in stain damage. Your unit will now be ready for use next time you need it without any surprises.

Great for Winterizing and De-Winterizing!
I bought this to winterize and de-winterize my travel trailer. It connects directly to the “city water” inlet. Your air compressor connects to the quick connect fitting and you open the valve to start the air flow.!!! IMPORTANT !!!Make sure you set your air compressor’s regulator to 30 psi maximum or you risk damaging your RV’s freshwater system.Once the valve is open, work your way down your freshwater system, opening cold water valves along the way, until the lines are clear. In my case (2021 Cherokee Wolf Pup 16PF), the first stop is the outdoor shower. Next is the indoor shower, toilet flush valve, and then kitchen sink. Repeat the process for the hot water side. I also make sure to blow out the low point drains. If I’m winterizing, I fill the system with non-toxic antifreeze (the pink stuff). If I’m de-winterizing, I sanitize the system. I also blow out the system between trips, to keep the water in the lines from getting stagnant and gross. This little adapter is a must-have if you’re as obsessive about your home away from home as I am about mine!
