I bought this to use as a stuffer under blankets for my newborn photography business. This is a great height for a small lift for a baby. Nice and firm and stays in place. I know this is not the intended use of the product, but it works perfectly for my needs.

This high density foam 36" is great for your back and shoulder. If you are suffering from an over work and tired muscles on your shoulders and upper back this is tool that you need according to a physical therapist instructor. It's lightweight but durable and the price is great. You should try it if you are experiencing a sore back.

Works great for my physical therapy . It’s also really good to bring the dog ball to you when your on the couch and your dog has a habit of dropping it 36” away from you and expecting you to pick it up .. just use it to scoot it to you and pick up the ball. Th is is if you have a dog who wants to play all the time . lol

Excellent quality piece of foam I bought to do PT exercises at home. I do wish it was a bit longer, but that's not a negative as dimensions were provided.

What I Love about the ProsourceFit High Density Half Foam Roller is that it's really useful, helpful and easy to use for stretching and stability exercises. I primarily use it for stretching my calves and achilles to help prevent a plantar fasciitis flair up and also for added stability and balance for squats. I can definitely feel the added core work I get by using the 1/2 roller. I use the 18" X 3" roller which has worked well for me. it stores easily under a piece of furniture and wipes clean with a damp cloth. I highly recommend this product as it can be implemented into any workout routine and can be used at all ability levels.

Great functional foam roller for any PT exercises calling for one. Solid and good quality and just with the therapist called for. Great price for this necessary piece of exercise equipment that comes in various sizes to fit any body. Helps to alleviate back and shoulder pain when used in accordance with your physical therapist designed program.

@6'6" I TEND TO TOWER OVER ... EVERYTHING, INCLUDING MY DESK, WHICH EVEN IN RETIREMENT IM AT 4-6 HRS/DAY. BEING TALL I TEND TO BEND OVER THE DESK .. YEAH YEAH I KNOW I KNOW! .. I BOUGHT THIS AS AN 'ARM REST OR DESK TO BODY HEIGHT LEVELER'. A BIT STIFF BUT WORKED REASONABLY. AFTER A WEEK OR SO I NOTICED LUMPS FORMING WHERE MY FOREARMS ARE(I LEAN FORWARD) .. I THOT HOW DOES THIS NOT HAPPEN WHEN PEOPLE ARE STANDING ON IT? IM NOT GOING TO RETURN IT .. SO FAR. AS AN AMAZON 'REPEAT OFFENDER', WITH LITTLE ACCESS TO THE AMENITIES OF THE OUTSIDE WORLD(ACKNOWLEDGED BY MY OWN DESIGN) I USE AMAZON, A LOT! THIS IS MORE A HEADS UP ..
