Good!

This is a good rye flour. It's just a pity that even though it's grown in India, its so more more expensive than it is in Europe or The States.

I used this flour to feed a healthy sourdough starter, and it turned the starter into inactive mud. I've been trying to revive the starter for two weeks and it's still just mud. Don't know why, but this seems to be a dead product. Not recommended.
