Great product
Had a spot on my new Composite Deck that I just couldn’t get clean. This did the job.

Trex Decking - Very Disappointing Results
The product did not wash away/remove discolored spots where rain puddles with leaf/needle bleed had discolored the Trex deck. It did lightened the gray color tone of the deck accentuating the darker water stains I was trying to remove. I followed the instructions using a pump sprayer, brush, and a power washer at 2500PSI.

Will buy again
The before and after is shocking! I thought I had to replace my deck but with this wash I think it’ll last a few more years at least, really easy to use

Didn't help my situation.
Not sure this is a fair reveiw of this product but I used it on my new but dull and dirty TREX deck and it doin't help at all. It was what Trex recommended when I contacted them.

Worked well for me
"My two-decade-old Trex deck had darkened due to exposure to city dust, organic debris from trees, and other environmental factors. Despite attempting to clean it with different soaps such as dishwasher soap and all-purpose cleaners, the grime persisted. However, this specific product worked very well. Following the instructions - wetting the deck with water, applying the product, allowing it to sit for 30 minutes, scrubbing, and rinsing with a hose - yielded a good outcome. A second application further improved the deck's appearance, leaving me highly satisfied with the final result.

IT did a great job of removing tanin stains on my Trex decking
I have Trex Tiki Torch decking under a lot of trees. I still had dark tanin stains after gently power washing this area. I checked the Trex cleaning instructions and they suggested using a deck "brightener". I sprayed the Olympic solution directly from the bottle, did a little scrubbing on the most heavily stained areas, and then followed up with another gentle power wash and the results were great!

New formula since I last purchased - not as good
I had used Olympic Deck Wash for several years both on wood and vinyl surfaces. The older formula smelled of strong clorox, but all you had to do is spray it on, and the stains just disappeared in an hour or two then just rinse with hose. This included those nasty black stains you get on pressure treated lumber, but it also worked great on vinyl thigs like lattice, fences and my vinyl tool shed. Green or dark mold instantly gone. This new formula has no smell of clorox (which is the only nice thing about it), but it doesn't clean hardly anything without scrubbing it with a brush after letting it sit for 30 minutes. I found that if I wet the brush with water and dish washing liquid, it was just as effective as this newer version of Olympic.A pressure washer is probably just as effective, in fact that is what I'm going to try on the stuff I didn't yet get cleaned.Big disappointment, also, I noticed the price of this is abut three times what the old stuff cost which you could buy in home improvement stores, but they don't carry it any more which is why I bought it online.
