Purchased this as a birthday gift for a friend. It’s really beautiful overall, but mine arrived with a scratch on/near the lettering (although it’s not super noticeable from a distance, but for a gift I’d rather there be zero scratches), and one of the little clamps on the back to hold the picture in was snapped off. These things likely occurred during shipping, but I have to ship this to my friend so hopefully no other beatings occur!It also came with a random loose string which I guess can be tied to the back to hang up? I’m not sure the string would be strong enough to hold it though. Overall, it’s very pretty, I’m just a little bummed to be giving a gift that is scratched and missing a clasp.

This is gorgeous. For the price, I was expecting a cheap product. This is NOT what I got! It’s very good quality wood, the frames are the correct sizes for my pictures, and the white thread wrapped heart is ACTUALLY wrapped in thread! Very very pretty. My wife cried when I gave it to her. A must have for any long distance couples. Or any couples. Heck, buy it for yourself! It’s gorgeous.

I bought one for my Aunt whos sister had passed away. Ended up purchasing 3 more for the other sisters they loved it soo much.

Love it! Just like the picture showed. Two hangers on back plus stand for displaying upright. Was packaged so nicely with a small notecard enclosed. If I had been sending this as a gift, I would have been very pleased with the presentation.
