Microwave Oven 6.9" Inner Dia Plate Tray Rotating Ring Support Roller

I broke the wheel off of the turntable that came with my microwave, and needed a replacement. This is a bit bigger than the OEM turntable wheels, but works perfectly in my microwave. I think that as long as it fits in your microwave, you shouldnt have any problem using this even if not exactly the same size as your OEM wheels.

The items arrived right on time and fit my microwave perfectly and work great. Now I don't have to buy a new microwave just because one of the little rollers broke off the turntable and since I ordered two, I now have a spare. Just be sure to measure your old one before you order. I have already recommended this seller and product to a friend who couldn't believe that you could find these. Amazon is a terrific place to find next-to-impossible to find items.

I found a small, working 20 y/o Panasonic microwave oven at my mother's house. It is just the right size to sit in the corner of my workshop; but, it was missing the glass turntable and rotating tray ring. I measured the depth and width of the cavity and determined that an 11" diameter turntable would just fit. I ordered this tray ring because it would support the center of plate and not run afoul of the drip trough. It works fine, although I could have gone a couple inches larger.

I'm not sure how much you can say about this product other than it works. I was very dismayed when I looked in my microwave one day to determine why the plate wasn't going round and saw that the ring had slightly melted and one of the rollers had fallen off (this is one of those items you don't really think about until it stops "working." ) I'm not suggesting this is a product you will have to replace very often since the other ring was original to microwave and the microwave was approaching its fifteen birthday when the ring melted.I was just glad it was so easy to find a replacement and the plate happily rotates again!

Doesn't fit. After waiting for it for a month and half it finally arrived and it doesn't fit! The diameter is slightly bigger and the wheels are way to big to fit in the microwave groove. Frustrating. Mostly because I waited so long for a piece of junk that doesn't even fit. Here are the precise measurements:This ring: inner diameter: 6 and 7/8 and the outer diameter is 7 and 3/8Ring from the microwave I own: inner diameter 6 and a half and the outer diameter is 7. Its manual said is a 6.9" ring.

I was hoping that this will work with my microwave since it was the correct size and that I waited so long to receive it. The size is suppose to be just a tad bigger based on the size stated and when I measured it with my wheel that came with the microwave and is the same stated size. The microwave plate doesn't spin all the time because of this and it could also be an issue with the wheels being a little stiff.

A wheel fell off the original ring, and I didn't want to pay $25 for a replacement ring since the microwave itself only cost around $60. The Lost Ocean ring is about half an inch smaller in diameter than the original ring, but it works fine because it still sits in the right depression in the bottom of the microwave and the wheels are the same height as the original.

So, this thing is definitely bigger than 7" ID. BUT, that's a good thing because my microwave needed a bigger ring, and I couldn't find one big enough just searching. It fit my tiny GE microwave perfectly. Model JES0738DP1BB
