The best safety stool for squatting. My knees are not as good, I am 40YO and still love to squat. One safety issue is when I go down (NEGATIVE) I don't want to buckle my knees and pushing up (POSITIVE) is no problem. The color is black with rough textured surface. Really heavy duty, the weight alone can tell. Adjustable height which works great for a shorter guy like me. The longer stabilizing foot is really good for calf raises, I usually blast my calves after a set of squats and I don't have to move the stool, just grab the bars and do the calve raises on it. Excellent and it is really worth the price, SAFETY, SAFETY, SAFETY!

Needs to be more stable on the Base. Adjustments are Good.

The rubber feet on this bench are not fastened in any way. To make it worse they are not even snug to the steel frame. I like the bench and what it provides. However, I highly recommend some way of securing the feet to the bench.The seller responded to my feedback on this item and stated corrections were in the works for my complaint. This is a characteristic of a good seller in my opinion.

This is an awesome little squat stool, at a great price. It's solid construction, firm pad, and stable adjustments make this on a great deal. At this price range and quality, it's the only choice on the market.

As soon as this showed up it was put to immediate use in the gym for box squats. It takes up very little room in the power rack. It is well constructed and easy to move due to its light weight. The height adjustments are quickly made and secure once set. Sturdy bugger. It arrived assembled. Use it as a lat pull stool in my homemade gym.

This stool is ultra sturdy and a space saver as we all know its sometimes hard to fit anything extra in our gym. It functions well, looks good and is built very solid. If your an "Ass to grass" squat trainer this delivers what you need. I would recommend it to anyone who works out and needs a versatile stool for just about any use in the gym.

Unbelievable quality for this price. Light yet very sturdy with adjustable height seat at the pull of a spring loaded pin. Excellent for shoulder presses, lateral raises, box squats.
