Cant BEET It!
I like that I dont have to consume beets to get the same positive health benefits for cardiovascular. I been trying to increase my duration of jogging miles/time and after taking this for couple weeks now i can feel a difference in my performance levels going from poor to improving moderate. I recommend it especially for those who cant run well. Of course ive combined this with superfood green smoothie mix and iso protein but the difference stands out enough.

Can’t beat (beet?) convenience
I’ve been a runner (of varying success) for 13 years, but just recently became aware of the benefits of beet juice. However if you’re like me and can’t stomach even the thought of chugging that stuff on a regular basis, this is the way to go. I don’t cover very long distances (most of my runs are five miles or less) and I’m sure those who put in much more mileage will get even more benefit from these, but I can say that I haven’t felt any fatigue since taking these 2-3 times a day, especially after my annual Thanksgiving 8k where I still felt surprisingly fresh after crossing the finish.

Well, it's not my legs that are tired now
This stuff feels like a miracle supplement to me. Before I tried the beet powder, my trail runs usually ended when my legs got tired, which usually happened after about 15-18 km. But after supplementing with this, it's no longer my legs that are ending the runs, it's my mental endurance.

Does it really work?
This is one of those supplements that I'm just not really sure whether it is helping or not. I've been trying to increase running speed as well as endurance, and I feel like I have been on a plateau for at least as long as I've been using this product. Does that mean that without it, I would have gone down? (slower, lower endurance?) I don't know. But I do know that I haven't improved during the time I've been taking it. I probably won't purchase it again.

Easy to use, felt a difference
I had previously used a beet extract that had to be taken 2 hours in advance and my timing always seemed to be off. This one from RunFit I can take much closer to my workout, and still get the boost in energy and endurance from the beet extract.

More oxygen retention during my run
I run a 5k every weekend and I definitely felt the difference when I took these 30 min before a run. I was able to run longer without losing my breath. Highly recommend.
