Panasonic K-KJ17KHCA4A Advanced Individual Cell Battery Charger Pack with 4 AA eneloop pro High Capacity Ni-MH Rechargeable Batteries

I don’t usually write reviews but I absolutely had to come on here for these. My 4 pack of batteries just died on me after 9 YEARS. I used these batteries for my Xbox controller and they have held it down for countless hours of playtime. I had them for so long I had forgot when I initially bought them and just figured it was some years. In a world where everything is made with such low quality, these batteries are one of the best products I’ve ever purchased. I will never buy or recommend another battery to anyone. Hoping these next 4 I buy will last me another 9 years!

These were purchased for use with a Streamlight Protac and other multi-fuel flashlights and they work great. I used one of these batteries in a small, single AA 90° Potrac that I use daily, and it lasts a long time. These are not lithium, they're nickle-cadimum with more than double the capacity of a CR123 rechargeable lithium ion. My new favorite rechargeable battery!

Update: 5/1/2025 - Currently going on 60 days since I last charged my Blink Camera batteries. I think this is how long the Energizer Ultimates lasted. I'm SUPER impressed with how these Pros are performing. Like, HOW?! =) If you're tired of buying expensive one-use Energizer Ultimate Lithium Ion batteries for your Blink Cameras, but don't want to use rechargeable Li-Ion batteries quite yet, these Eneloop Pros are a good compromise. Here's the capacity facts. Energizer Ultimate Lithiums - 3500 mah Eneloop Pro NIMH - 2600 mah The one-use Energizers have 30 percent more capacity so these Eneloop Pros will not last as long. However, in my experience, Eneloop Pros last between 1-1.5 months after a full charge in my front door Blink Camera that gets heavy usage. Between Nov 1, 2024- Feb 10, 2025, I've only had to swap out and recharge my blink camera batteries twice. I think the last set was closing in on 2 months before the cameras became unresponsive and needed a fresh charge. The app WILL show a low battery always as the nominal voltage of NIMH is at 1.2 volts. Just ignore that. I'm quite satisfied with the performance of these Eneloop Pros thus far. If you don't mind changing your blink camera batteries a little more often but like the convenience of recharging and not having to shell out extra for one-use Energizers, these are A-OK.

Easy to use, good quality. Will update with charging and use. I always recommend purchasing brand name for devices that are rechargeable and for rechargeable batteries, due to the risk of overheating and electrical issues on cheap devices.

First of all, I am happy with this purchase. In particular I bought these batteries for use in camera flashes and they work nicely. They deliver sufficient current to recycle the flash rapidly and enough voltage to keep the electronics functioning. Regarding the charger, it is nicely constructed. It feels sturdy enough and the fold flat connector on the back is handy for storage. The device is simple to use and works nicely for AA and AAA batteries. It detect voltage and charging rate delta on a per battery granularity meaning it will not charge a battery that is already full (voltage high) and will stop charging each battery when the charging rate drops (capacity reached). The down side to all this is the charging current. Despite having the smarts to avoid overcharging it only charges the batteries at 300mA (for AA) or 150mA (for AAA). The result is a 9 or 7 hour charging time respectively. This means they work nicely for charging overnight or for top up charges but a fast charging mode would have been nice. A appreciate that low current charging yields better long term battery life/capacity but there is a comparable unit that will charge 4 batteries in 3 hours or 2 in 1.5; if this had such a fast charging option (a button to enable said mode) then it would be just about perfect. Overall this is a nice charger and looks nice in the wall with the corresponding batteries on board, just a little slow.

I was using a set of four AA batteries every time I took photos. With these rechargeable batteries, I can use them over and over. The battery life is much longer and stronger; these batteries will keep me going for a long time. Peace of mind is everything.

Been using them for four years non stop, they still hold charge perfectly, and charge quickly. The only thing I would change is the skin of the battery being a little bit weak. If you put them in at a angle you can scratch off the skin at the bottom but if you aren't dumb they will really last and treat you well.
