This is my first electric kettle. It turns off automatically as a safeguard. It has only one switch to turn on and it brings the water to a boil pretty quickly. I'm used to boiling water on the stove for tea or hot cocoa. Because it's faster than stove top, I'm finding myself drinking more hot cocoa and tea lately. My mother was also impressed by it when she visited me. The color is just as vibrant as the pictures and does not disappoint.

It lasted 2 years + 4 months. I didn’t realize I had it that long!!! Just this week it no longer powers on when I click the dingy. It just up and stopped working, either I ran it too low or just ware and tear. (I tried different outlets.) I have used it a ton, I would say I use it at least a few times a week to be honestly I boil water and then transfer it to a pot on the stove because it’s faster and I don’t even have to watch it. Sometimes I’ll click the heater button 5 times in 30 mins because I forget to reheat my tea and I want it boiling when I put it in my tea cup. So that goes to show how quickly it will heat and how roughly I used it.Pros- Quick heat up, all metal on the inside, button to lift lid, orange indicator light, stores perfect amount of water for couple days use yet not really big, white base, blends in nicely on the counter yet subtly prettyCons- First week noticed dotty build up on bottom (i’m sure if you wanna to avoid this use Britta water, I think that build up is caused by crap in our water) btw I never noticed any taste to the water even with the buildup or from metal or anything, small opening (you can fully put your hand through totally easily , but the opening along with the tilt of the lid makes it slightly and I mean ever so slightly harder to put water in and clean it. But just something that bothered me.Overall I have loved this electric kettle it’s a completely normal size not too big not too small the design is very subtly elegant it doesn’t look cheap nor expensive I adore the white bass it makes it look so much nicer and he’s got the job done for over two years and I’ve been really happy with it but now it has crapped out and I’ll have to get a new one and I think ima get a different one but you never know!Ps. Looks like the brand has changed from Zolot to MeisonEdit: It actually worked for another 6 months and crapped out. I ordered a different one and returned it because I loved this one. I reordered it and the new one has been working for years again. And I still absolutely adore it, it is both super practical and looks real nice.

So glad that I found this at last! I seldom write reivews but I feel it is a must for this one.1. SafetyI want an all stainless steel one. Not a glass body. A glass body looks fancy but what seals between glass and stainless base? A gel ring.Some so-called stainless kettles have a plastic inner lid while this one's is stainless.2. Easy and good sizeBig open mouth so that I can leave it under a faucet for water for a while.3. Good price and a peaceful color color as a bonus

That feature may be a plus to some, and a minus to others. I use it each morning to make my morning tea, to save wear and tear on my microwave. (No, I do NOT deal with the stove before my caffeine.) It does heat the water up very quickly, and then turns off. I love the color and styling, it fits my kitchen perfectly. The outside surfaces are safely cool to the touch. The kettle separates easily from the base and attaches again easily. The power cord is quite heavy and appears durable, as well as the grounded 3-prong plug. I'm very pleased with it.An

I can’t say enough great things about this kettle! It heats the water very quickly to a hot temperature, it’s quite and cute!

I would give it zero stars, if possible. The first one I purchased didn't work at all. I ordered a second one thinking it was a fluke. The second one heated the water to boiling just fine. As per the instructions, I emptied the first boil and refilled the kettle. Now it doesn't work at all. No lights come on and the water doesn't heat. Clearly this product is defective which is probably why it is significantly cheaper than similar products. Now I have to return the second kettle. What a waste of my time and money.

I love the color of this kettle and it works well too! I’d buy it again if I had to.

I am a huge hot tea girl and this kettle is perfection ! I keep one at my office and use it almost everyday. It heats up quickly and quietly, then shuts itself off. Easy peasey !
