This metal rolling pin works really well. It’s sturdy, smooth, and has a nice weight that helps roll out dough evenly without much effort. I love that it stays cool, which makes it perfect for pastry dough. It’s easy to clean and feels very durable. Overall, a great kitchen tool that makes baking a lot easier!

It is great. After I tried it, I gave one to my granddaughter. When the recipe indicates a thickness for the dough, I now can get it correct! It is easy to change the size and keep all the parts together for storage. It will probably even last longer than my wooden rolling pin that cracked!

I love using this to make my cookies, especially gingerbread cookies. Has a good selection of different sizes you can use, made of stainless steel so it’s very sturdy. I recommend handwashing only. Easy to assemble as you just pick the size you want and screw it together. I also like that it came with its only little baking mat for sizing cookies and breads.

We ordered this rolling pin a while ago and I cannot express in words what a clever design this product is. This rolling pin is all a home pastry chef will need. The height rings can be removed so you can freehand your rolling, but the real treasure in this product is how you can set the various depths to whatever you need it to be producing reliable results every time. The metal rolling pin itself is perfectly weighty and has measurement guides so if you're trying to get a 4-in circle you can visibly see exactly where that is. Clean up is a snap and you store the height rings on the end caps so it is all together and in one piece in your drawer. This is the only rolling pin you will ever need, and unless you abuse it or drop it, I can't see how it won't last you a lifetime.

Bought this to replace an old wooden roller and boy am I glad I did. Made rolling out cookie dough so easy and even. The mat it comes with is helpful too.

I really like this rolling pin now my cookies are all the same height and it's easy to use and the pastry baking pad is very nice to roll your cookies on and easy clean up very happy 😊
