These are okay, but you cannot tell if the person on the other end has heard it or not as you have to press a button to speak into it and cannot hear until they do the same so not the easiest of intercoms I’ve ever used. It is easy to forget to press the speak button and you find yourself speaking to no one. Perhaps its just me?

There is a small delay when pressing the talk button before the microphone opens. You may cut off the first the first word. So… take a breath before speaking🙂

Easy to install. A touch tricky to use, as one has to hold the Talk button for a few moments before talking, otherwise nothing will be transmitted. Although the sound quality isn't great, it;s still quite convenient to use in a large, multi-story property. Probably a touch pricey for a bit of fun.

I had to return these. The quality is terrible, especially for the price. They should be about £10 a unit, then it would be acceptable. The volume is incredibly low; we are only 25 years old and we struggle to hear what each other is saying. Build quality is poor. These seem to be something from the late 90's as opposed to something from 2021.Do not make the mistake I did, just find another solution; because you find yourself just sending a text message or calling them on your phone instead of using these terrible things.

They do work but are cheap quality, They are really expensive for what they are. They are basically like walkie talkies. The technology is in line with products made 20 years ago. The ring volume is really loud and the volume button doesn’t seem to make any difference.

Well made. Easy to set up in five minutes following simple instructions. You need to speak no further than a foot from the microphone in a strong, clear voice. Might be difficult for use by anyone with any hearing impairment - but otherwise offers reliable communication. Is used with a usb connection and cable joined to a mains socket. Can also be powered away from a mains power supply using and usb battery pack in adjacent roads or by using a usb port on a computer. Been in use for a couple of weeks now - with no identified problems.

This is not a good product. Unlike most from china the instructions are very hard to follow and the intercoms proved very unrealiable in operation

used for indoors into my garden workshop so the main house can talk to e without going outside work well
