Good Grips For Bands In Home Gym
I bought these to replace an older pair that finally gave up the ghost. These are more similar to the second pair I bought (larger size & hard plastic tube; first/replaced were smaller & had a semi soft plastic handle/grip). I like these as the handle is larger than the replaced grips. This allows for 2 handed gripping in the overlapping positions. I think those with larger hands may be able to do this as well. This is great for core twists. I have been using these for 3 months now & they seem to be holding up. I use them w/bands in a combination up to 42lbs (23lb+19lb bands). I am using these in my home gym & for bands only. I am not using them for commercial use nor on any type of pulley weight systems. They look & feel sturdy enough where I think they should be able to hold up to almost daily use for couple years. If they fail before then, I’ll be sure to update this review.Based on the first 3 months of use, I would have to say I would recommend these grips.

Good enough..
These are good enough to put on my hang bar so that I can do inverted push-ups. They seem sturdy enough but I wouldn't do any acrobatic moves with them. As far as the carabiners that come with... ditch them immediately. They are not rated for weights and gymnastic training. They are made of aluminium which is ok but I suspect these are not load bearing. Do yourself a favour and buy a couple of proper climbing carabiners. You can get them for $5 each if you shop around. Climbing carabiners are rated to ~24kN+ so they won't fail on you. 24kN is 5400 lbs in old money. Ain't gonna break on you. The reason for 4stars is that I suspect the abs plastic will fail at some point and it's probably brittle so if you drop the handle it might break. Time will tell...

Worth the purchase.
I’ve bought three pairs of these because I keep losing them at the gym. For the price I couldn’t be happier. A lot easier to use then metal grips that often hurt your hands over continued use. They seem pretty durable. I put quite a bit of weight on them and they haven’t broken yet. Would recommend these.

A little flimsy
These are just ok. I use these mainly for resistance bands, but once in a while I'll attach to a cable set up. The plastic is on the thin side, the handles don't flex, at least with the lighter weight I use, but I would be cautious using for heavier weights. Also the foam pad is quite thin, and after a few months use, is already starting to permanently deform/squish. The nylon strapping is holding up so far, but it is also on the thin side. These would not hold up for gym use, but for home use once in a while, lighter weights, you'll probably be ok. I'll probably upgrade after getting my money's worth using these for a year or so.

Excellent product with a noise drawback
Love how these grips add to my workout. They actually make it feel like I can lift more and get a more powerful workout. The only drawback is they're noisy under heavy loads. Besides that these are a very good purchase.

OK BUT PAID TOO MUCH
Just got these after waiting about 3 weeks. Seem kinda cheap compared to the real Bowflex products. Quick releases that come with it no where near the quality of the orginal Bowflex quick release. Time will only tell if they are durable but expected them to be a little more substantial for the price i paid.

Five Stars
