No fuss swallow no flavour herb extract works for me
Got 2 of these Vedic Essentials for £15.99 per each 120 capsule bottle.Received 3 weeks ago, didn't take consistently but took two at a time and have noticed a slightly better overall sleep, more calmness later on.Comes only in plastic bottle form, no box, disappointed price dropped £3 to £12.99 after a few days.

Good stress tonic
Good product, takes the edge off a stressful/ tiring day pretty well. Have two small children and find my self noticeably less irritable and able to absorb the stresses of the everyday onslaught
