Bought for my sailboat. It's pretty good with what it has in it and the case is solid though I'm surprised that it didn't come with a small set of scissors. Added a trauma pack, a couple of ace bandages, and a SAM splint for the "just in case, hope I never have to use" and I feel all set. (My mother is a retired nurse and she always had the best first aid kit in the neighborhood.)

Very nice and complete basic marine type first aid kit. It comes in a water tight Plano style tackle case that works good as a storage case. It was full of the types of bandages a fisherman may need on the water. Would buy again.

Good kit for the boat. However, note that you have some odd includables here. For instance, the 1 Drinking Water packet just isn't going to do it. I don't know anyone who would go out into open water without much more emergency water. I say ditch this packet of water and go for a good signal flashlight. Personally, I'd rather have a good fire starter than Sinus Relief Packets -- but that's just me.So like all emergency kits, this one can take some fine-tuning. But overall, it is pretty solid for the boat.

This is not worth the cost and would not recommend! On top of that ... you can't return it ... WHAT?!?!? My rating is a NEGATIVE five star
