The NESCO Jerky Spice Works Variety Pack is perfect for anyone who loves making jerky at home. The three flavors offer a great mix of classic, sweet, and spicy so there is something for everyone. Each packet is easy to use and seasons the meat perfectly without being too salty or overpowering. I really like how consistent the results are every time. The flavors soak in well and make my jerky taste just like store bought but fresher and more tender. The seasoning dissolves easily and mixes evenly with the cure packet. This variety pack makes it easy to experiment with different flavors and keep things interesting. Excellent quality, great taste, and a good value. Five stars all the way.

Better than other brands I've used. I made the spicy 🔥, and teriyaki. The spicy was soooo hot, but I loved it. The teriyaki was delicious. Can't wait to make more.

I bought this pack to try out some different flavors, after using the original flavor packet that came with the dehydrator when I bought it. These mixes are super easy. We use them with ground venison and simply mixed as directed with a little water. Did not need to let these sit overnight like some other brands. For me personally, I just use a rolling pen and roll it out between wax paper. Using a knife to slice into sections in place on the dehydrator trays. I’ve had mixed reviews on the jerky gun so I prefer to do it this way. The flavors are all good, although the teriyaki one doesn’t seem to be very strong. Some people have found the original to be a bit salty, but I heard you could use less cure to take the salt content down some . The most popular though was the spicy. It is hot and has a kick to it but a lot of people like that. That will be the flavor that I purchase again. Also, a tip if you like the jerky a little bit softer. We used the dehydrator at 160° for about 2 to 3 hours with thicker cuts. Then we popped it in the oven at 300° at 10 minutes to ensure all bacteria was killed per other instructions. If it was still too soft we put it back in the dehydrator for a little while. This has the perfect texture, much like store-bought jerky that is the softer variety. Have to say this was a good value

This combo pack makes seasoning homemade jerky easy and tasty. Makes 2lbs of jerky per pack and half the cost of buying in the store. If I paid for the amount of jerky this kit makes in a store I would have paid $40 - $50 and I doubt I would still have as much as this makes. I highly recommend this product and have save it to my favorite list for more!

I have bought this before. I have a Nesco dehydrator. I have never been disappointed.

I have ordered this 3 different times, first order came as the variety pack but missing the original flavor & an extra teriyaki instead; 2nd order was one of all original & one box was the variety-received the original per the order but the variety pack came as an all teriyaki pack. Beginning to think I should order a box of all hot & spicy so I have the variety pack, just not the way I thought I'd have it.

I've been looking for some good jerky seasoning when a friend told me about the Nesco jerky seasoning. Thought I'd give it a go and so I purchased the variety pack, very easy to use 1 package of seasoning and cure for 1lb of meat. Leave meat overnight in the refrigerator and dehydrate or smoke the next day. We like all three flavours in the pack, original, teriyaki and hot & spicy. Now we will look at the other flavours Nesco has to offer.

Way too expensive

At this price, I expected quality. I didn't get it. The box was damaged upon arrival and the flavors weren't the ones advertised on the box, as if someone opened it and switched something out. Two of the same kind per the photo attached. The flavour was also a let down. Avoid this seller and product.

The Nesco seasonings are fantastic. I create better than store bought, homemade jerky from both whole muscle meat sliced thin and ground beef/venison. Great taste and super easy to use. Just mix with meat, marinate and then smoke in my bradley smoker or FD-75 dehydrator. One of the great things about these packages is that they create consistent jerky every time. Highly recommended.
