This L lysine is the best I've used. I have trouble with getting cold sores. I take it daily. If I start to get a cold sore, I simply take an extra 4 per day. It will stop the cold sore.

I find it to be a good product at a good price. The pills are large. Someone who has trouble swallowing pills will probably want to break it in half to make it easier to swallow.
