Currently 178lbs & 32inch waist at 6 months PP after gaining 100+lbs during pregnancy. Used a Large from around 200lbs until now (picture is my fit today- too loose now and loosely wearing size 8 pants without wearing waist trainer. Can easily fit in a size 6 while wearing it). I bought a large being new to waist training and think I should’ve gone with a medium to begin with. It still has helped me with back pain, lose a couple inches, and fit into smaller pants both with it on and after wearing it for a few hours here and there. I got these results while exercising only intermittently, and not reducing caloric intake while being a busy working mom of 5 kids. Size down to get snatched af. Stay true to size for slight shaping and back pain reduction and you still might lose a few inches like myself. I’ve worn this while working, exercising, and even while riding motorcycles. So it’s easy to wear and not uncomfortable to do daily tasks in easily. Very comfortable if staying true to your waist size. Size down and it will be tiiight but girl you’ll be fitting in them small jeans again!! Buy now, don’t even give it a second thought. You deserve to feel good about yourself. These waist trainer belts are awesome! I purchased one for a family member who deals with posture issues...and he also wants to support his abdominal area. After only a few days, he's very happy with his results. I can already see his posture is better...and his abdominal area is smaller!! I was so impressed, I purchased one for myself! The product may not look as thin as the pic...however, its very durable, and it holds in place well! I think the price is great....and I hope others will have great results also! It's pretty comfy for me, so I am wearing it often. Btw...it may run a bit small, so you may want to "up" your size.

The size is exact size. Theres no smell. Holds in the place. But the only thing is that the top goes under your skin which rubs. It would have been nice if they had a protective fabric to go on the edges to prevent from scratching skin. But overall it does its purpose. Loving it so far.

Chongerfe Waist Trimmer Belt arrived intact. I bought a large which was easy to fasten and then pull the sturdy straps to the front. I am 4'10", weigh 158 lbs. I wore it over a tank top. The hook and loop closures hold well. The material is thin enough to breathe; does not buckle. The stays in back keep their shape. I feel well supported and like my torso shape.

So far this waist trainer feels like it will really work. It has the main band that wraps around you for support. But i really like the elastic pieces on the side to pull your waist in even tighter. So far i feel like i have better posture wearing it. I’m excited to see the long term results.

I absolutely love this waist trainer. I wear it during the day until bed time. It really helps with my posture and to not over eat. There’s no smell to it. It’s easy to clean you just wipe it down and then let it air dry. It seems very durable and holds in place it doesn’t fold like others I’ve used before. There is no zipper which I really like. I always felt like zipper waist trainers break so easily. I love this one and definitely plan to get more in the future!

Just purchased this one. Size is accurate and truly has helped with my posture. It also seems to help my appetite levels not snack a lot. Definitely recommend!

I bought this to keep swelling down in my stomach after surgery, and I'm very pleased with the results (along with compression socks and lots of walking). I like that I can adjust the position on my stomach with the main closure (so I can keep it from digging into the bottom of my chest) and the two side straps have plenty of stretch for any adjustment. The material is a little smelly at first, but it looks like it will last. These things also get a little warm, so I'm cycling on/off for a couple of hours every day.
