Good if you are avoiding sugar.
I have used these a couple of times and really like them. I have done the best I can to eliminate sugar from my diet. I have mixed these in with mashed ripe bananas, oatmeal, PB2, vanilla, and chopped pecans. Makes a nice treat with no added sugar.Someone asked about the nutritional values for this. Here is what is on the bag: Serving size: 1 T (15 g), Calories: 70, with 40 from fat. Total fat: 4.5 g (7%), Sat Fat: 3 g (15%), Trans Fat: 0 g, Cholest. 0 g, Sodium: 0 g, Total Carb: 9 g (3%), Dietary Fiber: 1 g (4%), Sugars 0 g, Malitol: 7 g, Protein: <1 g. There is 4% iron, but no other vitamin or mineral.I would suggest nt buying this during warm months. They did ship them in a cooler, but there was still some melting. If you like them, stock up during the winter! There is a recipe for a sugar-free chocolate chip cookie on the package. I haven't tried it because I can't seem to stop with just one cookie - sugar-free or not!

Being diabetic I have felt like everyone else could eat things I could not so ...
I'm very confused as to why these chocolate chips are so expensive now. What's going on?First Review---I have been on a low carb way of eating for the past eight months now. These chocolate chips have helped me to stick to my way of eating without feeling deprived. Being diabetic I have felt like everyone else could eat things I could not so I pretty much gave up and let my blood sugars rage out of control. I knew I couldn't keep going like that so I had to make some immediate changes. Low carb along with foods such as these chips have helped me feel more like a real person who can enjoy eating again. Of course they aren't totally like the "sugar chips" but to me they are amazing.

I hate that when you are dealing with sugar free or ...
this stuff is way too expensive when compared to the regular chips. I hate that when you are dealing with sugar free or salt free or when you are buying anything thats healthy and by being healthy its the lack of something not the addition of something that makes it more healthy.. I understand its because they make less of them and the production line needs to be changed but still they make changes for lots of things like peanut butter ones or the tiny ones or blah blah .. they have like 10 different types of chips.. so why are the healthy ones more? its a real drag for people on low sugar diets under doctors instruction

Tastes just like dark chocolate w/sugar
I definitely could not tell it's sugar free. Neither could 12 other blindfolded people at a get together. We did a taste testing game. The Hershey's sugar free chocolate chips was by far the winner of the evening, besides the bacardi pudding shots.

Tastes delicious with no after-taste.
Yummy! I added these chips to a sugar free cake mix and made the cake so very moist that it melted in my mouth. The chips do not taste sugar free or have an after taste. I am not diabetic, but why eat sugar chips if these sugar free ones are just as good. Thank you for this product because now my diabetic father can enjoy delicious desserts again.

Very Good
These chocolate chips taste like regular semi-dark chocolate chips. I can't tell much of a difference at all, and I love that! These are my go-to when I need my chocolate fix. However, of course, they are a little on the expensive side. Oh well, I can't do anything about that.

OKAY, BUT TOTALLY SWEETENER FREE WOULD BE BETTER
I don't care much for the sweetener Maltitol that is used and the fact that it's the first ingredient, but in comparison to vegan chips these have no sugar and that's what I wanted. I don't care for vegan chips with white sugar and carob just aren't a great substitute when ya want real chocolate. I used these in a vegan mocha mousse recipe which turned out very good. I would use these chips again but in the meantime will seek out some non-sweetened, plain cacao chips or simply use plain unsweetened chocolate.
