If anyone is wanting to use a "shake" supplement for a meal in their diet, this is one I believe is one of the best.  I am basing it upon the fact that I think it tastes good, it fills you up, and it is healthy.  If you don't want to use shakes in your diet, then supplements, and eating clean is another great option.  Bottom line is that it's a preference.  There are many options out there, but there are some days that I choose this.

This seems like a vitamin and a protein shake. What makes it different?

The taste, the quality, the amount of nutrition that you're actually getting. Take a look at the label. This is chock FULL of super-foods, vitamins and minerals and it tastes SO much better than every other protein shake I've ever had. Been using Shakeo since June and I still love it. Not a huge fan of the Vanilla but Chocolate and Strawberry are really good.
