Third time is the charm!
This was my last try for a new presser foot. I have a 30yr old singer. Bought at Costco. No one had the foot I needed. They all look the same. But they are different. I finally looked up the serial and model #. LOL. This set of PF worked out perfect. I’m so glad I didn’t pay attention to the “frequently returned” warning.

Well made won't fit.
For my particular needs the width of the snap on connector is to narrow. I am looking for the exact thing they have but with a larger snap on connector.

Bad copy of a Singer part
After struggling to snap on the straight stitch foot onto the fastening arm (that shouldn't be the case), I tried to install the new aftermarket foot assembly on my Singer sewing machine and found that I could not get the fastening screw into the presser foot slot. When that failed initially, I started the screw first on the presser foot shaft and then tried to slip in, install, and fasten the foot, and found that the foot would not properly align with the presser foot shaft. After looking at this more closely, I found that the slot in the new aftermarket foot fastening arm was too small (not wide enough), which would not allow the screw to fit into the foot fastening slot properly (see photo 1). Photo 2 is of an original Singer foot, which easily accepts the fastening screw.I can easily fix this using a file to open up the slot but I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO. Filing also removes the chrome finish, exposing the underlying metal to corrosion, which is also undesirable. There was / is obviously no quality control involved in the manufacturing of this aftermarket part and likely the same for other aftermarket manufacturers as well... therefore, you are likely better off buying used Singer parts, which is what I will do in the future, especially, since I have experienced 2 separate aftermarket part failures in 1 day. Not a good record...

It works if you get all three products
I like it but I got 2 instead of three. I still give them five stars because everybody can make mistakes when they packing their packages

Close to Singer originals
These feet are close in shape and size to the original feet found with old Singer sewing machines. The straight stitch foot is a dead ringer for the foot on my 201 (and probably 221, 66, 25, and 99 as they are usually interchangeable) and the zigzag/multi purpose foot matched the one on my 328. I find that I really like this sideways ankle attachment style better than the ones that just sit under the thumb screw. I liked the idea of the snap on feet, but the feet do wiggle side to side a little more than the originals do due to this style. This is not a huge issue if you are wishing to replace a missing foot for the above mentioned sewing machines.
