This is apple cider vinegar like no other! It has a lovely smooth flavour, without much of the harshness of other cider vinegars. Apparently this is down to the natural fermentation and the fact that the "mother" of the vinegar which causes the fermentation is still present in the vinegar; this is what gives it its cloudiness.I have been using this in salad dressings so far, I find that the natural sweetness of the vinegar and the lack of that acid kick makes for a perfect simple salad dressing with oil and seasoning and nothing else: no need to temper the flavour of the vinegar with honey or sugar. It works especially well, then, with bitter salad leaves like chicory. I also added a dash near the end of cooking of a pan of roast parsnips and that worked exceptionally well.In short, this is a classy, tasty, completely novel (to me) cider vinegar. I am not sure I can go back to clear cider vinegars now that I have tried this cloudy organic version!

Salt <0.008g. 15ml is considered to be a serving size.I find that cider vinegar helps with my arthritis, it seems to calm it down when it flares up. I usually buy organic from my local Morrisons supermarket at £2.50 a bottle and drink 2 tablespoons every morning. This product is over double the price and i was expecting something amazing, but to be honest i didn't find much, if any difference between my usual brand and this brand. Both have a good sharp acidic hit when you put it in my mouth and leave an acidic fruity aftertaste when swallowed. The only difference i found was that the aftertaste of this product last a little longer. I'm afraid that I wouldn't go out of my way to buy this product because of the price difference.

Apple cider vinegar is meant to help with arthritis. I did try taking it by the spoonful but I struggled with that.I do however, use apple cider vinegar on all my salads and anytime vinegar would add something to a meal I lash it on.This is a tasty, fruity vinegar, not as sweet as balsamic but not as tart as standard vinegar.This vinegar is unpasteurized and unfiltered, which means it is rich with living enzymes and has the 'mother' which is the required element for using to help with arthritis.

I actually really, really like this vinegar. I have used it to cook, dress salads and make vinaigrettes and it works so fantastically well on its own as well as with other ingredients.I find cheaper vinegars can be quite strong and harsh on the palette. I find this puts some people off trying new dishes that use vinegar as a main or prominent ingredient. This vinegar has the flavour and delicious notes without leaving a harsh, acidic flavour in your mouth.It tastes good and it is vinegary but it is definitely a milder version that I think a wider range of people would enjoy. Great product, recommended.

Pleasant tasting vinegar with the mother at 5% acidity. Very tiny writing on the bottle, which doesn’t suggest that you store it in the fridge after opening unlike other brands. I prefer to take cider vinegar sprinkled on food as my gums suffered when I took it as a daily drink.

This Apple cider vinegar is poles apart from the commercially available stuff in supermarkets. I usually buy organic, but there no local retailers that stock this speciality vinegar.It looks very different in that it’s cloudy, and that’s just how it should look. But I really like the taste; it’s nothing like as sharp and acidic as the major brands and if you like to drink it for possible health benefits, it has a clean and slightly fruity taste. It makes an excellent dressing. Not too strong but adds a real kick to the dressing. I really like this dressing and it’s one I’ll buy online in future.
