Q: Is this ok for a 220 lb 6 foot guy?

Yes. I'm 6'3" 350 lbs. Very good for laying around watching tv. It isn't supposed to be a replacement for a bed. I did use mine at deer camp to sleep on without much success.

Q: Manu or seller-is it possible to get replacement cover? i haven’t put the cover on- it’s still perfectly folded. color is too ugly for me.

The website says the only color available is gray.
