I purchased these vitamins at the recommendation of a nutritionist associated with my wound care clinic. We're trying to address some low levels. Nature Made was one of the brands and since I was familiar with it I decided to pick them. This is a bottle of 90 tablets. It's a multi-vitamin for men over the age of 50. I take one vitamin a day, so the bottle should last me 3 months. These vitamins are noted as including 22 key nutrients including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Vitamin E among others. This multi-vitamin provides muscle support, bone support, immune support, and energy metabolism support. They are gluten free and contain no artificial flavors or colors. The tablets are a wee bit larger than I expected, though I don't have much trouble swallowing them. There's no flavor to them. While I haven't had my levels redone yet, I am noticing some improvement in terms of wound healing support and metabolism. I'm a fan of Nature Made. There's consistency within their vitamins and they do the lab testing to really back up their product. I'm impressed and actually take multiple vitamins from the Nature Made brand. It's definitely my preferred brand.
