I find ABSURD that a product that I bought to AVOID PLASTIC comes with so much plastic wrapping. The envelope was not enough, aparently, so the case came wraped in plastic. I thought it was ridiculous, so imagine my surprise when I opened it and e-v-e-r-y single piece came wrapped IN PLASTIC AS WELL. Never again will I buy “reusable” products from this vendor.Also, I thought it would be smaller...I purchased this as a gift for my brother and now I feel like I could have taken some cuttlery from home, make a bag with cloth and give it to him. This are big and heavy and I doubt he is gonna take them with him.

I get takeout quite a bit and picked this kit up on a whim on a lightening deal. It includes a well-built set of utensils, including a straw and the brush to clean the straw all in a zipper case to keep everything together and clean in my bag or center console. It has enough room in the case I included a sharp knife and a smaller spoon so it fits my needs no matter what I have. Plastic forks and spoons provided varies widely depending on what the restaurant orders. Many can be so flimsy or brittle they are pretty useless. It's nice to enjoy my food without having to worry about breaking a fork or spoon or trying to eat with something so small it's annoying.Plastics and Styrofoam create huge amounts of waste and there is some concern about trying to be conscientious about needless waste. I am not as militant about worrying everything as some folks, but even baby steps add up. There are still tons and tons of things out there already, but if everyone was able to use a kit like this even a few times instead it all adds up. So either way you look at it, from conservation or convenience, this is a really great, inexpensive kit to have on hand.

As a frequent customer of ubereats and many other food delivery apps, sometimes I feel guilty when using disposable tableware. In addition, some restaurants won't provide any tableware, which puts me in an awkward situation if this happens while I'm at work. This product is exactly what I was looking for! I'd had a concern that maybe the pieces would feel flimsy or the knife wouldn't cut so well. But gladly none of these is true. I like the lightweight carrying case which keeps it clean. The outer shell also makes it extremely easy to just slip into your backpack and go. You'll never have to worry about using those plastic utensils that will never biodegrade ever again. Hope everyone can enjoy meals with reusable eating utensils instead of the disposable one.

Got this so I could use it at work instead of using plastic. I could skip the straws as I've got a bunch of those already. The fork, spoon and knife are a very nice weight. Wish the chopsticks were heavier though. They're super light and a bit skinny compared to what I'm used to. The carrying case is good but the zipper is a bit stiff. I hope it loosens up with more use. Not a fan of how much plastic wrap came with the set though. Every utensil was wrapped separately.

I love this set of silverware. I brought it camping with me but now use it at work to help reduce my footprint with all that disposable garbage we use every day. I love that it came with two straws AND a cleaner, and YES CHOPSTICKS! The best part, is the inside of the case has a mylar finish so you can put the silverware back in DIRTY (great if you are at work without a sink like me) and then just wipe it out when you get home and wash your dishes. I wish the spoon wasn't so massive but I just really like small silverware. Fantastic product and one of my partner and mines favourite things we bought for camping.

First time use after washing with dawn soap, the metal or whatever between the fork is coming right off. Noticed it when wiping the fork after my lunch which was salad and in no way would produce the black coming off my fork. In between was coming right off. I feel really sick knowing I consumed whatever this is. Not real stainless steel. Would like to avoid led poisoning...

I am very much into saving the planet so I purchased this to replace all of the plastic utensils that I use at work. The kit is awesome, my 2 complaints are 1- there is a tablespoon instead of a teaspoon ( way too big to eat my breakfast yogurt) and the straw when placed in my hot coffee gets very hat, too hot to drink. I had to order tips for the straws so that they are usable (an additional expense). Otherwise the case is compact enough to fit in my lunch bag and I would have given a 5 star review if not for the 2 things above.

I like that they are sturdy. Very high quality stainless steel utensils. Only drawback is there is no teaspoon in the set only a rather big serving size spoon. I wish they were lighter weight for use in camping and hiking where you want to keep weight to a minimum. Overall I'm happy with this set, they seem like they will last a lifetime.

As soon as I took them out of their package, I noticed scuff marks on them. It doesn't come as a sealed product either, just straight up in the pouch. I figured fine, I can wash them anyway so whether they're used or not is not even an issue just a bit concerning.So naturally after opening them, the 1st I go to do is wash them & unfortunately the paint they've coated it with scratches too easily if you're using a scrubber. So stainless steal until you stain em by washing em... Just have to avoid eating any foods that aren't easy to wash off I guess.The bigger concern here is if it scratches this easily, then the pain will eventually start to chip off & I'd rather not consume paint chips however small they might be. This is even more concerning for the straws, from what I can see it uses the same paint on the inside too & the brush they give you isn't really soft.1 of the straight straws seems to have warped as well.The actual durability of the cutlery seems fine, they seem strong. But I guess you get what you pay for. I don't think it'll be much of an issue using them but I expected better for a product that advertises stainless steel. I'd have been better off just buying plastic cutlery & it'd have been cheaper to buy a few hundred of them.

I dont have problems with the utensils. I did not realize the case is cloth material. You wont be able to wash it. the inside has a liner that you can just wipe. You need to wash used utensils first before you can put it back inside otherwise it will be a mess. Inconvenient. I dont recommend.

I received the wrong cutlery set which is annoying because it is part of a birthday gift and can't return because party is soon. Just ended up reordering. Anyway the cutlery itself is a good size however am yet to wash it so don't know if the rainbow colour will fade. The chopsticks have line markings which ruin the look but you get what you pay for, didn't expect much. Everything else looks fine and would be good for travelling though so 3 stars.

Great product well made, slim line and fits into my lunch box, case has cushioning inside nice silver metallic look, the only downside is the strap is tartan red material coloured. Easy to wash a great bargain! Comes with cleaning brush for straws also.

Good quality cutlery, convenient pouch.
