My 13 year old son is using Retin A products for cystic acne and needed a powerful sunscreen to protect his skin. I found this at my local drug store and gave it to him to try. My first impressions were that I loved the gel. No thick lotion that took forever to apply which meant that there was a better chance of him using it. Also that it was odorless and he wasn't going to go around smelling like medicine or a field of daisies. But what impresses me most about this sunscreen is family friendly. We all can use it because it's safe for everyone.It does a great job moisturizing. He doesn't get flakes which Retin A is so notorious for. It balances his skin out so he doesn't have any peeling or flaking and all without any harsh chemicals. It's totally invisible and I can use it under my makeup without a problem. It's also easy to apply, once in the morning and done. But if we're going to be out all day, it's easy to take with us and apply every couple of hours per the label instructions.This sunscreen is going to take us through anything we decide to do. Cruises, trips to the amusement and water park, camping and just backyard BBQ's. Even on cloudy days you need a good sunscreen and Emilia is our hands down family choice. Everyone wants their own tube so I'm glad that it's on Amazon :)

I love this gel sunscreen. I have it also in SPF 50 for the face and it is so soft and velvety when dry. I wear makeup over the face sunscreen. I like how it is not sticky or goopy! I wish it was oxybenzone free so I could wear it in the ocean. It has 4% oxybenzone for anyone wanting keep our oceans and reefs safe. It’s great for outdoor activities away from the open waters!

This product is a game changer. I’ve been in the hunt for a product that would give me sun protection and no white cast. You see, I’m a Black woman who suffers from hyperpigmentation and without a good sunscreen, these spots become more noticeable. I find that this product is light and the texture is one that I have not experienced in a facial moisturizer. I know that this product is not marketed as such , but it is. Look up the ingredients.It’s also great for children.

This sunscreen is the absolute best! It goes on smooth & NON-greasy & the feel resembles primer & doesn't clog your pores. Makeup goes on over it just fine as well & my favorite part is that it doesn't burn my eyes when I swim or sweat. I am an avid paddle boarder & this is my go to stuff for a day at the beach!!

I have allergies and my grandson has excema. But we like to go to the pool. So, we require a product that won't cause more problems than it solves. We discovered this gel last year and it was just what we needed. Soothing product, goes on silky smooth and does the job. I have stocked up for this pool season and if you have sensitivities to other products you may want to give this one a try.

This sunscreen is absolutely amazing!!!! i hate applying sunscreen, the texture is so heavy and it usually leaves white markes and too much residue on your skin, this cream doesn't!!! it have a really amazing texture it is super light and completely observed on the skin.highly recommended!!!! also gives a really good protection....

I use this product for my face. It is greaseless & doesn't run into eyes when sweat or make them burn. Face feels smooth & not greasy or oily. I would highly recommend this product. for use especially on face.

One star for the baby powder scent - if I'd known it had that scent, I would not have purchased it. Five star for how it feels on the face - felt exactly like makeup primers I've used in the past and I was able to easily layer makeup over the sunscreen. I'm definitely sold on clear gel sunscreen now. Just need to find one with a better scent.
