I bought size S, usually I wear top size 6/8 UK and it fits perfectly. There are also 3 rows for hooks so the size is customizable enough. I felt it going quite hot straight away even without any exercises. I love this idea of it being a corset and the best part is that there is an extra layer on top of it for the waist are. I absolutely love it. I was a bit concerned at first as I though that it comes separated, but it is not, it comes in 1 piece and it is attached at the back. I've added few pictures, I hope this helps anyone. Myself, I love it and would definitely recommend it.

Have never left a review for anything I’ve bought for amazon and it’s literally my go to when I buy ANYTHING. But this this thissss absolutely needed a review. The best you can buy tried so many different ones over the years and felt like they did nothing. This is so fast acting I can’t get over it. I bought the medium and I went from the loosest hook to the tightest hook in a week and that’s with no exercise ! About to purchase the size small. Still cant believe it. I’ve always struggled with my stomach since having a baby and can not recommend this enough. 10/10.

Initially, I bought a medium based upon the advice in reviews. I'm a size 10 female.However, I was able to put the medium on with ease and it wasn't particularly tight, so not much of an hour glass trainer.I contacted Amazon and was able to return the medium for a small by opening a return based upon wrong size and buying again. Its a bit of a faff but that's amazon returns.The Small Is much better for me. I can now pull it nice and tight and feel it pulling everything in.The material is like a soft wet suit material and makes you sweat as you wear it.Its not too bulky, so you could wear it under warm or loose clothes and noone would notice. If you wear a tight, fitted clothes you will see it.

I'm a uk size 16 and I brought the 2XL it fits perfect no problems at all. It is well made and looks like it will last a long time. The delivery arrived sooner then it has stated and It arrived well packaged. The item i got was a grey one and it's a really nice colour my fingers are now crossed it will help me get a flatter belly lol

I was skeptical about sizing, lots of mixed reviews here giving different opinions. My measurements are 37" waist and 42" hips, I went for a medium and could close the first set of hooks without much sucking in and tugging. Now I'm in it, my posture has automatically corrected itself and I feel comfortably warm around my mid.Not sure about the sweating element yet, and I do have a slight back-bulge around my braline but the hip fat has to go somewhere!On a side note, if you can get to the second set of hooks on your first try you're not really getting your moneys worth, so I'd recommend going for a size smaller to really feel the benefit.

I like my waist. I walk every day up to 10km so I decided to kill two birds and work on my belly as well. You have to exercise to make it work.I was a bit concerned about the size, as I'm size 12-14 but after reading all reviews I decided to go for M and I like how it's fit. It was very tight at the begging but I could feel on second wear that it is already getting bigger. So if you size 10 and lower definitely go for SProduct came well packed earlier then expected that was very handy. Very solid quality for that price. I definitely will recommend it.

Feel like I've got a lot of loose 'tummy-ness' and needed to find a way to help control it. As a new mother, not able to go to the gym as regularly as I used to before.This thing works wonders. I've only used this for a few weeks, but can already see the effects it's having. Tummy feels a lot tighter and it's not the most obvious of things. When compared to the standard "cling film wraps", this doesn't hurt when you take off, nor leave blisters when you remove. It's really comfortable to use.

I love my new waist trainer, got the beautiful grey. I am a usual size 10 and ordererd a medium. Although it fits well but will order a small next time so is tight for me. My advice is, if you like your waist trainer to be tight go for a size down, otherwise go for your usual size. I have now got a size small which is perfect
