White Clear Reading Glasses - Comfortable Stylish Simple Readers Rx Magnification

I generally use 2.25 magnification reading glasses for reading, texting or doing something like carving or drawing. I bought these glasses (1.00 magnification) to use when I'm futzing around in my shop or working in the yard. I also count on them for a little eye protection - I use safety glasses or goggles when needed for lathe, chainsaw or grinding work. The magnification on them is minimal which is what I wanted just even out the edges of what I see, there is absolutely no distortion in these which every other pair of less expensive glasses that I bought in the past have so these are working for me just perfectly. So, my reasons for getting them is their minimal magnification and a bit of eye protection NOT for the look. I don't wear them when in public and I don't have to look at myself so it's immaterial - my wife didn't laugh when she saw them on me so I guess they're ok looking. The fit on these is ok, I'm good wearing them for hours at a time and don't even notice them after a while, they're light in weight. My only complaint would be that the nose is a bit narrow for my what I'd call a "normal" nose bridge - not big, not small. HOWEVER I'd rather they be a bit narrow than big so they don't slide down my face (Hate that!) like some other wayfarer style glasses do. I'd give the fit 4 stars but it's Thanksgiving and I'm happy with these. I've ordered these twice as they don't stand up too well when stepped on so I ordered extra. I'd certainly recommend them.

I have been searching for white readers for about a year since my last pair of white ones broke. When you search Amazon, or any where on the net a lot of sellers describe "white" but they are actually clear. When I bought these my search was over! They are very well made, super comfortable and come in several different magnifications. But the one thing that I REALLY love is that they don't look like readers! I have bought them for friends and am now on my 8th pair - (I have a puppy who also loves these glasses). The customer service is above and beyond amazing. I ordered 2 pair for x-mas and they were lost in delivery. When I messaged them they sent me 2 new pair for free of charge!!! Can't ask for better service the that! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WORLD EYEWEAR!!!

Comfortable fit and good style. I get lots of compliments. The clear vision of the lens gets distorted around the edges. Best for looking straight ahead.

I really like he look of these glasses, however; they are so crooked.It's very obvious on my face. Since they are plastic, I'm afraid to adjust them too much, as I don't want to break them.I was excited about these glasses, but I can't stand how they sit crooked on my face.In addition, as I was taking them off, the right arm just fell off, as if it was never attached properly.I obviously got a defective pair.UPDATE:I contacted the seller regarding the glasses falling apart.They immediately replaced them!Update: I ordered a second pair, and they actually arrived with one arm broken.I really like these glasses, but for the second time, it's been a hassle with them either breaking or arriving broken.

Lenses are clear with no noticeable distortion. These make decent safety glasses for light shop work. Just bought two more pairs.Sides are a trifle long but bend easily with heat. The finish is good; no rough spots or "ouchies" anywhere.The nose-piece is smooth and sets the glasses out from my bulbous schnoz at the correct focal point for me. The black soft cloth case is a nice touch for anyone and absolutely necessary for dusty shops. I like this drawstring cover-design better than simple slide in cases because it closes completely, thereby sealing out debris. Shop-wear eye-protection has never been as fashionable!

Good price and arrived quickly. These are perfect for my large old man head. I like the larger frame. I was a little apprehensive about the clear frames but the first person I encountered was a young receptionist who told me she loved them and wanted to know where I got them because she said they would go with everything in her wardrobe. Definitely recommend.
