I swear by these. Can noticeably feel the difference in energy and mood levels when taking these. Aside from the immediate effects I have less hunger cravings and also leave sugar a lot less. Taken with a more balanced diet over time my weight and general physical well being has stabilised over the course of 2 months taking these once a day every morning. My dreams and sleep have improved exponentially.

Does exactly what it says on the tub 🤓😎👍 small capsules that are easy to swallow. Was feeling a little run down and added this to my supplement stack to help with detox and energy production. I'm happy with the results so far👍 decent value for money at this price point.

This has all the Vitamins in bioavailable form., with one exception. If you follow Gary Brecka or have problems with methylation you'll know why this is so important. The exception 'Adenosylcobalamin'. I don't know why they haven't put this in because its another bioactive B12 and Methylcobalomin cannot convert to it. Both types are important because they have slightly different roles in the body so you may want to add this to the B vitamin stack. Hopefully they add adenosylcobalamin to the pot.

I’d been taking different multi vitamins for years and not felt much benefit. I read about methylation and how they’re easier absorbed by the body and thought I’d try them out. I’m glad I did because within a couple of days my energy drastically increased. For the first few weeks I could notice when I’d forgotten to take them, now I generally feel more energised so if I miss a day its not serious but a sign I was depleted and my b vitamin levels are now better.

I really liked these at first. After nearly finishing a full bottle I felt more energised and happy. Though my urine went bright yellow which I was shocked at at first but I'm hoping was just the colouring in the tablets. Anyway, my lazy few vitamins smelled bad and I thought maybe I had left the lid off or something. So I ordered more and these within a few days ALL smelled foul. I decanted into Amber glass jars to try and help in case it was a plastic absorbing smell issue and it didn't work. They have started going off, darker in the middle and smell awful. Also, I've not read any other reviews of very bright wee, so I hope someone else has had this and not just me!! As it stands, I won't be buying any more. Which is a shame as I also use this same brand for loads of other vitamins. But I'll be totally switching brands now because I've lost confidence in their freshness!

Good product I have notice the difference

Beware! I have been taking these for the last few months. Same dosage strictly after meals. Not sure if medication levels have changed, but within 30 minutes of opening and taking a supplement, my face and hands were on fire and swelling. I visited A&E in panic and given an antihistamine to calm the symptoms. I discovered that I had a niacin (which is listed as an ingredient) flush which was very frightening and thankfully not life threatening. Have now stopped taking these altogether. Too scared of another reaction.
