This is one of those products, where all the features just WORK. I have tried numerous types of these products, and they usually fall short in one category or another. This one checks all the boxes for being comfortable, issue free, hassle free, and doing what it's intended to do!The heating elements worked perfectly. I wasn't burned or left wondering when the heat would kick in.The vibration levels are just right. The motors actually feel like they are relaxing the muscles without overdoing it.The Shiatsu feature really shines. The intensity is not over the top, nor does it cause any pain. It kneads your muscles and hits the pressure points needed most (depending on how you customize your settings of course).Best of all, it's portable, so it can be utilized in a variety of environments! Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this massage mat! I’ve been using it almost daily since it arrived. The vibration and heat combo feels amazing, especially after long days sitting at my desk. The movable shiatsu pillow is a great feature — I can adjust it exactly where I need it, whether it’s my neck, upper back, or lower back. The app control makes it super easy to customize the settings without having to bend down or mess with buttons.The heat is soothing without being too intense, and the massage nodes do a great job of targeting tension throughout the body. It’s also really easy to lay out on a bed or couch and just unwind. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my self-care routine, especially working from home.Highly recommend if you’re looking for something convenient and effective to help you relax at home!

I love this thing, the vibration is soothing. I wish I could lay on it all night (like leave it on my bed so I can fall asleep to the vibration), but the motors are pretty hard and uncomfortable for me to press up against for too long. I tried putting it under a couple layers of blankets, but I'm pretty "princess and the pea" and could still feel the hard motors. So I have it on the couch and lay on it for a while, then have to scooch it aside. My favorite setting is the last one where the intensity slowly ramps up and down. Can't use the hrat setting since I have it under blankets for extra padding, but that's okay. I still love it and might even get another so I don't have to keep unplugging it and moving it around to where I'm sitting.

I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this Comfier massage mat actually feels. The vibrations are so soothing, and I appreciate that you can adjust the intensity, the different modes and areas to be massaged, plus you can use it with or without heat. I've used it both ways, and it's so comforting to sore, tense muscles, and eases the pain of a backache as well. The remote allows you to target specific areas, which is a nice feature to have. And I love that you can lie on it in bed or place it in a chair or recliner. I highly recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. This comfier full body massager is everything! I love that it’s a mat meant to lay on top of, but if you wanted to use it on a chair you could too. It works very well, the vibrations are perfect in each of the four sections, and it has a button for each, so you can select to have them all on at once, or one, or only the ones you want. I wasn’t in any particular pain when I used it, so I can’t speak too much on that, but it is definitely very relaxing.I actually have been working on stocking up my spa room with all things relaxation, and this was everything I didn’t know I needed. I laid it on my massage table and within 5 minutes I passed out and Lord knows for how long because I didn’t check the time. All I know is I woke up at 1AM and it was still going! Lol to be fair, I laid on it at 12 something. However, that does lead me to suggest that maybe a timer be added to it in any future upgrades. I felt like I was at the chiropractor with the electroshock therapy where I used to pass out almost immediately and have the best shortest naps ever!I am 5’1”, and the mat was a perfect fit! My heal was about half an inch or so from the end of the mat, and I probably had another 2 inches or so I could have laid higher on in the shoulder area. Taller people would still benefit from this as it would likely just reach to their calf area. The heat function is always a plus in my book. I’d say it could get hotter, but that could be attributed to the fact that I was wearing a robe when I used it. Through it, the heat felt faint, but again, that’s probably just a me issue. My goal is to use this either by itself, or while my husband gives me a massage so I get double action all around! lol definitely worth every penny!A slight small suggestion would also be to make the strap a few inches longer with a click-on clasp vs having to weave the ribbon through the current clip it comes with. The ribbon is intended to hold the mat together when folded, BUT, I found that it is like 2-3 inches short from being able to touch both ends to be able to clip it under a massage table so it doesn’t move around. Again, this is not the intended purpose for the ribbon, but it was so close I thought what if!?

The vibrating motors are not in the right positions. I’m only 5’3”, and the “leg” motors hit my butt and my knees, and the “shoulder” ones are on my upper back, when the “lumbar” motors are in the right place. I had to turn off the “back” motors, because they vibrated my rib cage enough to make me feel queasy when I turned up the vibrations enough to have a decent effect on the muscles elsewhere. I tried it out in my recliner first, and then thought it might work better in my bed, but it didn’t. This thing is built for a very wide hobbit. The listing said it came with a shiatsu neck pillow - it did not. I’m going to return it, and try to find a different one.
