Good Product & Great After-Sales Support
I purchased this water pump a few months ago. It was quite helpful and convenient, especially for avoiding the need to lift heavy water cans. However, after some time, I encountered an issue where the pump stopped working properly and was no longer pulling water. Since the product came with a 3-month warranty, I reached out directly to the brand for support. Although I tried a few troubleshooting steps they suggested, the issue wasn’t resolved. Fortunately, the brand replaced the product with a new one. Overall, I had a good experience with their customer service and the issue was resolved efficiently.

Automatic water dispenser
It works nicely. Easy to install n use , it actually doesn’t fit to the bottle size so can be used with any size of bottle . This sometimes cause a bit of leakage . overall it a grt product .

Worked for a year and then went kaput
It was fine till one year. Then ASA 1 year 2 months came in, the device stopped charging. Water flow stopped. Despite charging, it didn’t work. Build quality is sturdy. Fell down hard once and the bottom cracked. Weight is also light. But I would suggest invest in a better priced and quality product.

Compact, smart and value for money
Its an amazingly great, compact, smart and easy to use solution for small offices and kitchens. Its a very efficient, space saving and convenient design where the full size dispenser may not be feasible, despite its size it gives quick access to clean drinking water, without creating any mess, its easy to operate and very cost effective plus very easy to assemble. All in all a smart product in a very reasonable price making it a great product useful for hostels, small kitchens and work from home set ups.

Convenient and Easy-to-Use Water Dispenser
I bought this dispenser pump for 20-litre water can and it works really well. Installation was very simple—just attach the silicone pipe and place it on the bottle. With one press of the button, water starts dispensing smoothly. The pump is lightweight, portable, and rechargeable, which makes it very convenient for daily use. I especially like that I no longer need to lift the heavy water bottle to pour water.
