Helped My Neck
I've had RSI in my shoulder for over a decade, the pain goes up my neck. I don't have an appropriate door to lie in front of, so spent the extra money on this which comes with a stand. I have to say I love it - so comfortable and really does help the pain in my neck. Definitely recommend

Good frame, awful uncomfortable head support
The frame is the main reason I purchased this item because you don’t need a door to use this and I liked the concept of that. The frame itself is sturdy and easy to assemble, however, the legs could have been set a little wider apart but all in all well made with an easy to attach clip to attach the head support. The actual head hammock is disappointing in terms of comfort. The pads in the hammock are not comfortable when resting one’s head inside. This was the most expensive hammock I found on the market and thought this head support should have been far more luxurious in feel and definitely in terms of head support. The pads and material are a let down to the item as a whole and is not nice to use, such a shame. I will buy another head support and replace the one which was delivered originally. Four stars for the frame. One star for head hammock which is awful.

Well made and comfortable.
The media could not be loaded. Durable, freestanding head hammock.Packaged well. Arrived within a strong cardboard box. The poles were protected well. This is a brilliant design and quite strong too. It took the weight of my head and the weight of my partner's head too, who is a lot heavier than me.This helps relieve neck pain, strain and stiffness. I'm sure you can feel the muscles moving when you're using it. It's also supposed to help sleep but I'm not sure how, maybe from the relieved neck pain, or maybe you nap in this! It's made really well, the bar frame is nice and strong. This stands at roughly 63cm tall and it's 42cm wide. The hammock head area, is nice and thick, it's cushioned well. There is an additional cushion on the top of the head area. The head piece is roughly 19.5cm x 24cm. The side pieces are cushioned too, these are roughly 14.5cm x 13xm. There is an adjustable height strap attached, which hangs from the metal frame securely. This is quite comfortable to use and it does relieve neck strain, which is lovely after a long day. I wouldn't say I could nap in it but I've always been funny about where I nap. I do however enjoy a good relax in this before bed, it helps any tension you might have around the neck and shoulders.I would recommend this, it is made well, it's just a little bit more than I thought it would be. It is nice to use, comfortable to lie on, for quality, it is lovely.

Works as expected
Good relief for my neck, works wells. A little small for my large head. But otherwise very nice. Can be a little tricky to find placement in home, works better outside, just not the weather for it :)

Avoid if you have lower back pain too, especially sciatica.
I've tried and tried to get along with this because I really hoped it would help the back and neck pain that I have but it actually made it worse. The last time I tried I was in that much pain I had to lay on my side on the floor few a few minutes until I could get up.To start with it's so awkward to get your head in the cradle if you have back problems and really could do with somebody to help you position it underneath your head rather than trying to wriggle into position. Then there's the height of the cradle (9 inches from floor to cradle at the longest setting) I have it set on the longest that the strap will go and it's just far too high. Finally you need to lay flat, now you'll know if you have sciatica or other lower back pain this is impossible without lumbar support from a pillow or such like. So you're trying to get your lumbar supported then wriggling to get your head in the cradle, you can see why this has caused me a great deal of pain.A few days later I bent to stroke my dog and put my back out completely I'm unsure if it was just one of those unfortunate things that happen or if it was the traction device that has contributed to it. I'm not trying any more though its too risky. So my upper cervical and neck issues are worse because of all the tension trying to use it has caused and my lower back is worse than it has been fir years. I'm wearing 5 lidocaine patches every day (I've gone through a months prescription in a week) and I'm rattling from the extra tramadol and gabapentin I'm taking. My daughter suffers with neck issues so I'm going to give this to her to try. If she uses it and find it helps I'll do an update. If it doesn't help there's no need for more negative commentary. If you suffer with lower back pain, please avoid this traction device is my advice.

Product is slightly on the expensive side and honestly not worth the fuss.
You do get some pain relief with this product but it just feels super uncomfortable at the same time. I’m not sure if I would recommend this product as it’s had me confused to wether I think it’s a good product or not. The assembly of the product is super easy no fuss at all and the directions to use the product are pretty simple too. You can’t actually use this for to long as it was straining my knock at the same time as proving me comfort. I just don’t think it’s worth the money it’s being sold for.
